Hello, my name is Laura and I am an accordionist. What I love about teaching accordion? Meeting each student, discovering their personality, desires and musical tastes, and doing my best to make learning the accordion easier for them. I adapt to the repertoire you wish to practice, while sometimes suggesting that you discover pieces from the accordion repertoire. The structure of my lessons depends on what you are looking for and your desires. We can learn pieces, work on music theory through the accordion, compose together for the accordion, or even explore improvisation. I am a cheerful, patient, smiling and very sociable person, and I place great importance on the pleasure of playing and sharing music. I look forward to meeting you and starting this wonderful adventure with you around the accordion! Hello, my name is Laura and I'm an accordionist. What do I love about teaching the accordion? I'm sure you'll be there, if you know what you're doing and what you're doing is going to start!

Discovering or perfecting the double bassTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Discovering or perfecting the double bassTranslate this text using Google Translate.

🎻 Want to discover the double bass? How about we do it together this year? For young and old alike, let's get to know this great instrument! As part of my Master's degree in pedagogy, I want to dedicate time to mentoring two people as they discover the double bass. Today, I want to use my experience to teach, while continuing to explore, play, and refine my teaching methods. Currently I am a professional double bassist in a symphony orchestra since 2016, graduated with a Master's degree in performance from the HEM of Geneva in 2018, and have years of experience in the Alexander Technique. Whether you're a child or an adult, a complete beginner or already a musician, the idea is to start with your desires and curiosity: discover this instrument, learn to play it, explore its sound, movement, and listening skills... and above all, enjoy making music. 🎶 I am deliberately limiting this offer to 2 people, so that I can really take the time to build the courses with each person and offer personalized support. And what about the formula? Lessons can be paid, but I am also open to an exchange in the style of a "time bank": a double bass lesson in exchange for a skill, a service, a helping hand...we can imagine it together! If you know that little musician in you who might like this idea, spread the word 💛 See you soon and happy back-to-school season to everyone!

A young, passionate cello teacher offers cello and baroque cello lessons in Geneva.Translate this text using Google Translate.

Hello ! Passionate and highly motivated, I offer tailor-made cello or baroque cello lessons, adapted to your organization, your personality and your desires. If you are looking for varied, supportive learning at your own pace, you are in the right place. For me, it is essential to give you the technical tools to approach the music you love with complete peace of mind. This learning process involves an analytical approach to body control and a refined awareness of movement. Drawing inspiration from the Alexander Technique and breath work, I help you find deep relaxation with the instrument. To achieve this, I create personalized exercises based on my own technical research. In addition, I utilize recognized progressive methods to solidify your foundation (Feuillard's Young Cellist Method, Valérie Aimard's CelloKids, Yampolsky, etc.). Then... it's time for the music of your dreams and sharing! Technique is simply a tool at the service of music. Alongside the fundamental work, we'll emphasize the joy of playing the repertoire of your choice: we'll work on the music you truly love. If a score doesn't exist or proves too complex, I'll create custom arrangements especially for you! But of course, music is first and foremost about sharing. I'll regularly accompany you in duets during our lessons to develop your listening skills and musicality. Indeed, playing together is very stimulating. Furthermore, I can occasionally organize meetings between students who wish to participate, giving you the opportunity to meet, exchange ideas, and play together in a friendly atmosphere. If you are passionate about early music, please note that I also offer lessons in Baroque cello. Whether you wish to begin or improve your skills on a historical instrument (gut strings, Baroque bow), or explore this specific repertoire with the aesthetics and phrasing of the period on your modern cello, I would be delighted to guide you in your learning. Feel free to contact me to discuss your musical preferences. I look forward to meeting you and starting this adventure together!

Anna is an excellent violin teacher. I highly recommend her. She’s able to convey her passion for violin in a fun and relatable way for children by teaching/practicing through games and stories. She knows how to channel my son’s energy and keep him focused by making the lessons interesting for a child. She has a really good balance between being demanding yet encouraging and positive. My 6 year old started the violin six months ago and I’m very pleased to see him enjoy playing and learning. He looks forward to his lesson with Anna every week and I’m very pleased with his progress.

I have been taking Indonesian lessons with Petra for two months and she has helped me to improve quickly. Always smiling, on time, she takes the time to explain things well and the learning method she offers is really effective. Easily 5 stars :)

Celia is a wonderful teacher. Really passionate and this comes across very well. She is patient when teaching and helps you get a very deep understanding of the importance of starting with the basics and then building upwards from there. I really enjoyed and will do more lessons in the future. Best, Alessandro
