Trusted teacher: This course is done in a relaxing atmosphere and conducive to mindfulness meditation. I propose sessions where you will be able to control your breathing, relax your body as well as your mind, calm your negative emotions by techniques of various visualizations. The adventure is to restore the natural harmony of the mind that often encroaches on the real needs of your body. The course consists of two parts: a discussion of ten minutes in order to better know you and understand your expectations then the relaxation itself. The course can be seated, lying down or in the open in the environment of your choice, at home in a familiar place or in a park. The purpose of these exercises is to teach you how to deal with everyday stress, sleep disorders and eating problems through a gentle and natural method. You will emerge from my soothing and energizing class which will allow you to carry out the rest of your daily activities.
