In the first lesson Younes asks some questions about your experience with playing the piano, what kind of music (genre) you like, and what you encounter while playing the piano. The lessons are positive and solution-oriented, we focus on what you need and want to achieve. Furthermore, Younes will give an introduction and the basic techniques if needed, and then the intention is of course to play :)

My lessons are aimed at beginners and intermediate levels, whether you want to discover bass, double bass, improve your level, develop your technique or even learn your favorite pieces! I have a background as a Jazz musician and graduated from IMEP Paris College Of Music. I will therefore teach you the practice of bass in all styles according to your requests, and can introduce you to or help you deepen your knowledge of harmony and music theory. Without pressure but with work and enthusiasm, the music will become much clearer. I am a 29-year-old musician graduated from the IMEP Paris School of Music and offer bass lessons for beginners to intermediate levels, children and adults. Posture work, finger playing, pick playing, left hand work, relationship to time, jazz harmony, introduction to music theory, pop, rock, jazz, Latin repertoire... I adapt to your expectations and requests! I have been offering lessons since the beginning of my higher education, that is to say for 10 years. For the battery I propose: Beginners: an introduction to the instrument to quickly play the first elementary rhythms. We mix the study of pieces and theoretical exercises. I am a Spanish pianist and composer (MMus graduate from Codarts Rotterdam in both directions) with many years of teaching experience, and also very active in performing in various contexts. I give private piano lessons for all levels and styles (classical, jazz, Latin, new age, pop...), as well as music theory, composition and improvisation lessons. My lessons are distinguished by their dynamics, practical approach and adaptation to the needs and interests of the student. The lessons (live or online) take place in my studio next to the Maastunnel, where I have a premium stage piano and a top-quality webcam setup. To me, mentoring someone is all about sharing the love for the instrument, thirst about the material, desire to explore new musical paths and respect for whatever happens whilst playing.
