Trusted teacher: Teacher and violinist, graduated from IMEP in Namur. Committed and passionate about pedagogy, I am delighted to be able to accompany you in learning your instrument! My classes are for all students of all ages and all levels. Having had several teachers, I have variable methods which adapt according to an observation made beforehand on the student. These courses will be approached both from a technical point of view and from a musical point of view and then from a point of view of concern for interpretation. I try to put people at ease above all and to be as human as possible. Mutual respect is obviously required. In my opinion, it is first and foremost the human side that will determine the quality of a course and the progress of a learner. Obviously, this is not enough for the quality of a course, here is what I rely on to maintain this aspect: The bulk of the work will be defined with the student, according to his needs but also according to his expectations. I do not impose only one technique or method. Indeed, thanks to my educational master's degree and my experience, I have at my disposal various tools that I will adjust according to the individual I have in front of me. Being a fresh graduate, I am trained in methods ranging from the oldest to the most recent. Very patient and involved, I am sure that we will find the best in order to move you forward as quickly and solidly as possible. I make it a point of honor to make our work efficient and of quality, but hidden under the signs of pleasure and fun above all.

Trusted teacher: I am an enthusiastic professional violinist and teacher. I can teach you classical violin, folk songs from Greece and Middle East, as well as your favourite pop tunes and tunes of almost any other music genre! Being well classically trained, I can help you build a solid violin technique and prepare you for giving your best during important music occasions such as exams, auditions, concerts etc. Also, being member of pop - oriental bands with concerts around Belgium, France and Greece, having played with several classical and contemporary music ensembles and orchestras, as well as coming from a family of musicians, my lessons are ideal for students who want to learn to be at ease when they eventually make music with others. :) All pieces can be taught either by ear, music scores or BOTH!! Teaching you basic and/or more advanced music theory to facilitate your violin learning if you don't know yet how to read and write music, can be easily done! My personal experience with music psychology and body movement techniques for musicians have enriched my knowledge and teaching skills. Extra attention is given during the lessons to not only help you build a strong and steadfast technique and develop your music ear, but also to acquire a confident presence and attitude for when you play for others! All is being done with gentle care towards your body's physiology and feelings, and consideration of your learning style. :)) Finally, I'm at your disposal in between the lessons, answering to any questions you might have and offering you support and guidance with your new insights! :D

I have a lot of experience in coaching with excellent results on all levels, instrumental and personal. The violin is a school of life. I'm waiting for you! Respighi Award Winner 2015 (NY, USA) Irene debuted in 2016 as a soloist at Carnegie Hall in New York with the Chamber Orchestra of New York, conducted by Salvatore Di Vittorio, with the first New York performance of Dirk's Violin Concerto Brushed "Black, White and in Between". In 2016 she also had her debut in South America, with the first South American performance of Ottorino Respighi's Violin Concerto No. 1 and in the Czech Republic with WAMozart's Concerto No. 5. She has created several contemporary pieces, for example "Infal's Song" by Antonmario Semolini for solo violin (dedicated to her), "Andante mesto" by Federico Mantovani and chamber music by Richard Dubugnon. Today Irene is regularly invited to Festivals and concert series around Europe. Committed to teaching and deeply convinced of the social responsibility of art, Irene founded in 2015 POURQUOIPAS, a non-profit organization that organizes concerts, masterclasses and projects in support of a social cause. Passionate from a very young age for Niccolò Paganini (she wears her tattooed signature and she has an original letter from him dated 1831), Irene created with POURQUOIPAS an educational experience entitled "Niccolò Paganini: The Mystery": an itinerary of a time to discover the truths and mysteries of the composer's life, with a final concert. Italian violinist, Irene began her violin studies with the Suzuki Method at the age of four in Aosta. She continues her training with Marie Annick Nicolas, Pierre Amoyal, Corina Belcea and participates in Masterclass among others with Thomas Furi, Itzhak Rashkovsky, Viktor Pikayzen, Benjamin Schmid and Zakhar Bron. Graduate of the Classical High School "XXIV February" of Aosta, Irene obtained in 2011 the Master of Interpretation at the High School of Music of Geneva, in 2015 the title of Doctor in Discipline of Art, Music and Spectacles (DAMS) to University of Turin with a thesis on the biography of Niccolò Paganini and in 2018 the Master of Pedagogy at the HKB Bern University of the Arts. She currently lives in Winterthur, Switzerland, and plays a violin Giovanni Battista Guadagnini, Milan 1757, generously made available to her for private patronage.

Miguel Ángel
It was the first time my son took a violin lesson through skype (I had my reservations using this media) but it worked out fine. Miguel is a great violin teacher, giving clear guidance and encouragement. He is friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. It was not that much different from a 'life' lesson. We used an ipad beside the music stand so the teacher had a good view of my son.

Violin lessons - Experienced teacher - guaranteed results! Achieve your goals! (Berlin)
Jovana
Jovana is a well organized and well structured teacher. We have had only three classes and she has already taught me how to read music notes and I have no musical experience at all. She is reliable and patient. She gives her 100% and doesn’t lose confidence in her students. She is also very linguistically gifted. I am going to continue taking lessons with her :)
