Each class is tailored to the participants, their level, and their goals: it may focus on strengthening and posture (Pilates), mobility, breathing, and relaxation (Yoga), or exploring movement, coordination, and body expression (Dance). It is also possible to combine several disciplines within the same class for a more comprehensive and personalized approach. My teaching emphasizes: body awareness, the quality of the movement, breathing, listening to and respecting each person's body. The sessions can be gentle or dynamic, technical or creative, and are designed to suit both beginners and more experienced practitioners. The goal is to offer a safe and supportive space to move, strengthen, relax, and reconnect with your body. ENGLISH I offer Pilates, Yoga, and Dance classes, taught either occasionally or on a regular basis, depending on the needs and preferences of the participants. Each class is tailored to the group or individual, the level, and the specific goals. Sessions can focus on postural alignment, core strength and body awareness (Pilates), mobility, breathwork and relaxation (Yoga), or movement exploration, coordination and expressive flow (Dance). It is also possible to combine these disciplines within the same class for a more integrated and personalized approach. My teaching emphasizes: body awareness and mindful movement, quality of execution breath and coordination listening to and respecting the body. Classes can be gentle or dynamic, technical or creative, and are suitable for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners. The aim is to create a safe, supportive environment where participants can strengthen, move freely, release tension, and reconnect with their bodies.

Last year, at that the time my fiancé and I took waltz lessons from Carl for our wedding dance. It was a challenge to find dance lessons in Brussels because both of us are not Belgian and we don't speak either Dutch, or French. In addition, I am really not that good with rhythm when it comes to pre-set dances. Carl was very patient with us (me) and spoke to us in English. Not only he taught us how to dance waltz but also how to behave on the dancefloor as a couple. Everybody at the wedding was amazed of our waltz skills and they loved our wedding dance.

Excellent first course! After +4 years without any noteworthy sport activities, it was a bit of a challenge to book this first session, but Danny did a great job in fueling my motivation. He immediately found the right balance between keeping it doable yet challenging. Perfect build up and cool down, I feel the workout but no pain. I think I am hooked!

I did my first class of salsa. I am very satisfied and happy I chose him. Estefane is very professional, he has a structure and knows very well what he is teaching with a holistic approach from rhythm to body position movements etc. I m a beginner but I will for sure continue with him.
