This movement program is a multidisciplinary bodyweight training system where you’ll become physically and mentally stronger while having a fun time. It teaches you a variety of new practical skills which allow you more freedom, adaptability and expression as you explore your surrounding physical environment. You’ll learn and train various natural bodyweight movements that will help you flow with the ground (earth), flow with obstacles (air), flow with objects (water) and flow with people (fire). I use my knowledge and experience from having trained a lot of different disciplines to design a movement program just for you that invites you to move, allows you to play, inspires you to create, and challenges you to vary. We’ll be training in the forest and at my gym. By showing up and training consistently, either once or twice a week, you’ll start being stronger and feeling healthier!

In fact, it starts with your own body weight and increases the intensity using weight bars, dumbbells or elastic bands. They start with about a 10 minute warm up.
