Stretching is a discipline that ensures stretching of muscles and joint mobility: whether you are beginner or advanced, you can decline each movement according to your amplitude, the goal is to progress. The simple precept requires that the flexibility of the body begins first with the flexibility of the mind :) It is not a question of making a performance but of feeling the physical relaxation felt when one polarizes the attention on a stretching controlled and breathed. Clothes where you feel comfortable and socks will be the little things you will need (rugs are provided on site).

I found in boxing a way to channel my energy, let off steam and at the same time an amazing way to have fun and exchange.
