I have taught to different ages group but mainly children/ teenagers and beginners. I have been involved for many years in a competitive sport, participating for 5 years at the swimming Italian championships, this is also why I prepare also a gym program/ nutrition plan for whoever wants to approach to the sport world. This class will be a one on one session with a mixture of activities involved in running, cycling and other non-contact activities such as yoga and power training. My main role would be to motivate and involve the participants in these activities to keep themselves fit. Participants will be trained in weight loss, weight constant and muscle building. I have lost 25 kilos in 5 months until March 14, but after the lockdown, it took me a while to figure out activities to keep myself fit.
