I have two inflatable boards: a very versatile and more fitness access that will allow you to move serenely on the water. I will show you how to prepare the board (inflating, placing aileron, adjusting the paddle, launching) and then take you on the water for a paddle session (positioning, rowing, maneuvering) where we will have the opportunity to discuss everything while strolling and spending at the same time;). Also a lover of photography I bring my camera with me during the sessions to take some clichés memories! SUP paddle is a very complete sport for both cardio and body (cladding, balance, bodybuilding). It's also a great way to unwind after a day of classes or work and ate the spirit :) on the water.
