This class is for those who wish to learn how to swim or improve their swimming in all four strokes, frontcrawl, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. As well working on the fundamentals of body position kicking and breathing.

I have been swimming competitively for 12 years and have trained with and been coached by many olympians! I have fallen in love with the sport of swimming which one can continue to do at any age and any fitness level. It is a great exercise to feel good and have fun while doing it. I hope to help transmit this to you on your swimming journey.

I am currently a football coach and personal coach.
I train in a big football club and at the ADEPS sports center at the forests of care, I have pretty simple methods, but I never give up until the level is reached with the customers (players).

Motivation? That's what I do with everyone I motivated to an unimaginable point until the exhaustion of the batteries!

There are real storms, heavy ordeals as big and strong as you are life will put you on your knees and leave you like that permanently if you let it go. I offer a service of holistic sport coaching which is actually life coaching, personal training and fitness (suitable for everyone, one to one or for small groups). The main focus is on health, functionality, overall athleticism, fitness and balance between body, mind and soul for all individuals to achieve their goals in life (pro athletes, private lives, family situations, citizens liability etc.)

The trainings are divided into two parts: gymnastics; that is bodyweight strength training using dynamic compound flows, and combined with traditional Chinese martial art (incl Taichi etc).

My course consists mainly of technical exercises but also substantive work in order to increase cardiovascular health.
