She is incredibly kind, patient, and supportive, creating a learning environment where I always feel comfortable and motivated to improve. Thanks to her guidance, I have made tremendous progress in my Spanish. I was able to pass my school exams and achieve the B2 leven in almost record time, gain admission to a university in Spain, and I am now preparing for the C1 exam, something that would not have been possible without her support. I have also started learning Korean with her, a language that used to intimidate me. Now I genuinely enjoy speaking with her and learning new things. She has an impressive knowledge of the culture, which makes the classes even more interesting. Her classes are always dynamic, engaging, and thoughtfully structured. She has a fascinating background and a unique ability to explain even complex topics in a clear and simple way. She took the time to analyse the mistakes made on Spanish exams to find ways of improving. After each lesson, Florencia gave us links for more online excersices and the notes to the lesson.
