I like to use different methods to teach French to students. It can be through songs, drama, role play or videos. I also very often use situations close to the student's experience, such as describing places they have been or talking about what they have experienced. At the same time, I teach the grammar rules to the student. I now live in regions where French has been spoken for over 30 years. Because I have learned French myself (and I am still learning other languages), I can easily put myself in a student's shoes. I can teach in French, Dutch, English, German and Russian.

My name is Huyen and I have held a diploma in teaching French (foreign language - FLE) since 2012 from the Higher Institute of Translators and Interpreters (now attached to the Free University of Brussels). Former interpreter at the Lille High Court, I am now a teacher. I offer French lessons for children.
