Graduated from Berklee College of Music (Boston) and IMEP Paris College of Music, I offer piano and computer music lessons for children, teenagers and adults, from beginner to advanced musician. Specializing in jazz, I also teach all styles of music (pop, rock, variety, blues, film music, contemporary music, etc.). My goal is to adapt each lesson to the student's desires, level, and objectives, in an atmosphere that is serious, supportive, and friendly. With five years of teaching experience, I favor a progressive pedagogical approach, which allows students to acquire a solid foundation while enjoying playing. A course typically consists of: Rhythm work; Music theory concepts applied to the instrument; Study of a piece chosen according to the tastes and level of the student. Depending on your objectives, the courses may also cover: Composition: creating melodies, understanding chords and harmony; Improvisation: learning to build solos, to play naturally over a chord progression and to find one's way within the structure of the piece; Piano technique: posture, touch, independence of limbs, articulation and quality of sound; Applied music theory: scales, harmony, nuances, phrasing, rhythms and musical analysis. Hello! I am a 25-year-old South Korean student in Paris. I am currently enrolled at the Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris learning Classical Piano and in the course of the "Diploma Superieur de Execution". I started the piano at the age of 5. I was born in a musical family; both of my parents being opera singers and my sister a violinist. When I was 8 years old, my family moved to Budapest, Hungary, where I started to have lessons privately with professors at the Franz Liszt Academy of Music. In High-School, I enrolled at the Bartok Conservatory of Music in Budapest. I was awarded the Bachelors as well as the Master's Degree at the Franz Liszt Academy and have graduated with the Highest Honors in Piano Performance. I would like to share and teach what took me many years to learn in just a few months. I am the young Lithuanian pianist of Polish origin, graduated from the Bachelor's degree in the same field at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre (class S.
