Teaching piano is very special and important to me, because it allows me to share my biggest passion and the experience that I gained through many years of my education. I started playing piano in the age of 6. I graduated from Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw (Poland) and also studied in Frost School of Music in Miami. I have been teaching in a music school as well as privately. Currently I teach in the International Swiss School in Wollishofen and Lakeside School Horgen.

Music theory needs to be more than a requirement, it needs to be the way to really appreciate the music you are playing. Certain aspects can also lead to additional practical skills such as improvisation which can be very useful as well as very enjoyable. If you're considering going with Guillermo for violin lessons, don't hesitate. Just go. Guillermo is probably the best violin teacher I have had in a few years. I especially appreciated that he's very friendly, flexible but above all an excellent pedagogue. He tries to make you play what you would like and listens to you. Sadly I had to stop my lessons with him as I moved to another area of the country. But I strongly recommend him.
