Together we work on posture, bow technique, intonation, rhythm, sound production, musicality, and developing confidence with the instrument. For me, learning the violin is not only about technique, but also about expression and finding your own voice through music. Every student has a different personality, sensitivity, and way of learning, so I adapt each lesson to your individual needs, goals, and pace. I believe music should feel alive, inspiring, and enjoyable. My teaching style is positive, flexible, and encouraging. I want students to feel comfortable exploring, making mistakes, and gradually building a genuine connection with the violin and with music itself.

Shalan is a Syrian violinist and composer. Although he was educated as a classical violinist, he has performed in several orchestras and ensembles of Arabic music, with some of the most outstanding Arab singers such as Fairouz, Marcel Khalifa, Rima Khsaish and others.
