Gives drum lessons (electronic and acoustic)
Hello, I like to transmit and exchange with my students. Seeing them understand and progressing is essential and very rewarding for me. My lessons are based on an academic method focused on learning music theory and instrumental practice. I bring a specific method adapted to the profiles of my students (age, availability, tastes, motivation, "anti-music theory"). I try to make my students independent, help them develop their listening skills, their sense of rhythm and transmit to them an efficient working method. All styles, all levels: pop, rock, funk, jazz, blues, soul, reggae, latin

Luis
Composition courses: composer and teacher with international experience (graduate of CNSMDP and IRCAM).
Hello! I offer courses in composition, Mao and other disciplines (harmony, orchestration, musical theory, etc.) for all levels, and using a method similar to that of the conservatory. Always oriented towards musical practice, together we will refine the strategy that suits you best. What I like most about individual lessons is adapting the lesson to the needs of the student, like the teachers who left their mark on my training.

Fernando
Violin and viola teacher (Français - Español - English )
"Talent is developed through practice..." - Shinichi Suzuki I have been giving violin lessons for 10 years, my working method is based on the Suzuki method, the mother tongue method. A child first learns to speak before learning to read and write. Language learning is done mainly by listening and mimicry. For music, it's the same, you must first master the basics of the instrument before knowing how to read notes and scores. Whatever the age of the student, beginner level or confirmed, I offer private lessons of violin and viola. No knowledge or musical notion is necessary beforehand, the theoretical achievements are made as and when the discovery of the instrument.

Louise
Music theory workshops and lessons for beginners average and advanced.
Currently studying music theory at an advanced level in the conservatory of Paris, I give lessons for everyone. I started my musical studies at seven years old in Lorraine where I got my music theory certificate in 2020. In 2021 I entered Paris' conservatory and progressed to where I am today. I has been more than ten years that I study musical theory and I am aware of the difficulties people can face learning it, especially children that tend to see it as boring. I discovered many different aspects of this subject and I would like to teach them to others while adapting to their needs and wishes. I can use the voice, the body, an instrument, some reading and lots of listening to develop the musical personality of students. Don't hesitate to ask me for any other informations!

Solfège, musical training: musical reinforcement at any level (beginner to professional) - CRR de Paris
Music theory and training lessons: rhythm, deciphering (with the instrument or sung), listening and inner hearing, understanding of the score, dictations, listening comments, etc. Several years of teaching have allowed me to significantly refine my pedagogy, depending on each student, each level. I systematically prepare my lessons and readjust them after each meeting. With my students, we work on texts from the classical and modern repertoire, linking theory and real practice. The pupil also prepares the course by exercises or practical work. I would like to continue to work in the long term with students, amateur or professional musicians, in order to share my passion and transmit the foundations of music: musical training, music theory, musical analysis, orchestration or even writing. musical.

Jemma
Oboe and Theory lessons
As a freelance oboist with over 10 years of teaching experience, both privately and in schools, I offer comprehensive oboe lessons. My teaching covers a diverse range of students, spanning from children to adults (including someone as mature as 80 – proving it's never too late to learn!). My students range from beginners to those post-grade 8. I am known for my friendly and enthusiastic teaching approach. My main goal is to ensure that all my pupils take joy in making music while working towards their individual goals, whether that involves pure enjoyment or preparation for music examinations. Additionally, I am skilled in teaching music theory, a valuable asset for enhancing musicianship and a necessity for students aiming to advance through higher music grades. With a Bachelor of Music and a Masters degree from esteemed London music colleges – the Royal College and Royal Academy of Music – my qualifications are rooted in excellence. Since then, I have embraced a performing career as a soloist and have collaborated with orchestras and ensembles worldwide.

Trumpet lessons for 1,2 and 3 cycle 🎺 🎺🎺🎺🎺🎺
Playing the trumpet shouldn't be complicated! with a good technique routine and the right way it's not complicated enough either! I like to work a lot on breathing which I consider to be a main element and on technical ease. Works on flexibility, dexterity, and expansion of the range.

Jules
Solfège and musical culture (History, analysis ...).
Former student of the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris, editor-in-chief of the magazine Avant-Scène Opéra, editor for the Philharmonie du Luxembourg, I offer you the following lessons. Music theory and musical culture are essential tools for understanding and making music. Music theory, because it allows you to master the technical tools that allow you to make music, is fundamental for anyone who wants to progress in their instrument. Musical culture makes it possible to understand what goes on in music beyond the technique. From this knowledge (established over a lot of listening) we can develop an interpretation and go beyond technical issues. For music theory lessons only, I constantly articulate the different musical parameters (rhythm, intonation, ear, etc.) and draw my training from the repertoire, which has the advantage of making music from the start. Small technical exercises also allow you to focus on one or the other parameter, but the perspective remains mainly that of a global approach placing the music at the center. As far as musical culture is concerned, I use each of my professional experiences (Musicologist, playwright and music critic) to transmit my knowledge to you. Thus we will approach the history of music through works (history of forms and languages), interpretation and places of music. It is mainly through the study of documents (texts of musical criticism, iconography, scores, musical instruments...) that transmission takes place. Knowledge completes and informs this documentary study. Finally the study of document and the erudition have only one goal: to enlighten the listening of the works which I place at the heart of my teaching.

Learn to play the piano and music theory in just a few weeks thanks to my practical theory method.
I'm Steve, and I've been a self-taught pianist for 15 years. I'm here to share my knowledge with those who are new to the piano. I offer both online and in-person lessons tailored to individual needs. My lessons are designed for teenagers and adults. While I'm more comfortable speaking French, I also have a basic command of English. Allow me to share a quote that reflects my character and sums up my personality: "If you have to reckon with a man, at least make sure he's an honest man." Hello, my name is Orson, and I am a Gold/Platinum certified professional sound engineer and music producer working in studios in Paris, or from my home studio. I give lessons to anyone who would like to start or improve in MAO, Composition, Recording, Mixing, Mastering, whatever your level. I can accompany you from the beginning of a project until the end to become autonomous, or consolidate your knowledge if you have already taken your first steps in the field. I will give you advice and methods used in the professional environment with the help of exercises and scenarios. I put pedagogy at the heart of my teaching: I progress at your own pace so that you fully understand the concepts learned during my lessons. For me, the most rewarding thing is to make the students progress as the lessons progress. I keep in touch with my former students to follow their progress and it is always a source of pride to see them carry out their projects. Even after class, I suggest you continue to send me pieces you are working on to give you my feedback and give you the best advice. I can teach you to: - make your own home studio - use sound software (Logic Pro, Garage Band, Pro Tools, Ableton) - use studio equipment - compose music with music production software (Logic Pro, Garage Band, Ableton) - record a voice or an instrument - do a good mixing and mastering for streaming platforms, CDs, etc. - manage a studio session with artists (realist, artistic direction, etc.) or voice over actor for the audiovisual sector - learn how to use current music production tools like auto-tune for voice, etc. See you soon :)
