I have always been passionate about music; I play five instruments, and I recently completed my piano studies at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels in Piet Kuijken's class. I have always believed that the ultimate goal of music is sharing, and that is why I am strongly drawn to anything that is done in groups: chamber music, orchestras, but also teaching, through which I can also share my passion. My course is for everyone: do you want to start from scratch? No problem, I also give lessons in music theory and musical culture which will make a perfect complement to make you a complete musician. Have you already taken lessons at the academy but would like a more personalized or simply different approach? I offer methodical guidance for each student and adapt my lessons to all learning styles. Are you preparing for an exam (academy or conservatory entrance)? Anouk is a versatile artist: musician (piano accordion), singer-songwriter, actress, and coach of piano and singing. In her "Easy-Piano" method, you learn to play "modern" piano in record time without any knowledge of solfège. You learn to read notes while playing in a fun way. Also some chord theory, improvisation and repertoire (classical or modern: pop, jazz, songs, etc.). Some technical material: scales in a playful way, touch, fingering, etc. are important. Concertist pianist graduated from the Vienna Conservatory with long experience in teaching over 25 years. I regularly give concerts in Europe and Belgium every year at the Palais des Beau-Arts in Brussels. Modern method that helps to overcome the difficulty of reading with ease allowing the student to evolve into a repertoire more motivating, rich and interesting. The choice of the repertoire is quite free only limited by the level reached. Lessons are for all levels, from beginner to professional development. I teach for all levels, from children starting from zero to students who want to prepare certifications at the Conservatories, passing through amateurs or simply curious of any age. I firmly believe in the importance of knowing how to read music and this is exactly what I teach first, obviously adapting the method to the age of my students: knowing how to read music is knowing one more language, which, if learned well, won’t ever be forgotten (like riding a bicycle!) and it is an invaluable wealth. Starting from that point I teach the position of the hand, the arm and the whole body at the piano, the fundamentals of the piano technique (giving great importance to the percussive movement of the finger and the distribution of weight), the understanding of musical language, the expression of the personality through the keyboard, the search for touch and knowledge of piano repertoire.
