The yoga flows are always based on a specific topic, to which I bring inspiration, ideas and knowledge from yoga that can be combined with the respective class. To create a perfect atmosphere I also have different music playlists for each type of sequence and some incense sticks or essential oils are always included to make these yoga times a holistic experience. I teach in German and English and easily adapt the sequences to the needs of the participants so that everyone feels safe, has fun and enjoys it.

I'm a physiotherapist, dancer and Pilates Instructor. In 2021 I got the Therapeutic Pilates Expert Instructor Certification with TMO. I’ve trained in Matwork Training, Pilates Studio (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel), Pre and Postnatal Pilates Training, and scoliosis treatment with Therapeutic Pilates. I have more than two years of experience working as a physiotherapist and certified Pilates trainer, and in 2021 I also received the Hypopressive RSF Level 1 Instructor Certification. I finished my studies at the University in 2020, and I’ve been working as physiotherapist and Pilates trainer since then. As a dancer, I’ve been training my body all my life, so while I was studying, I got the Major in Physiotherapy, Physical Activity and Sport.
