My name is Anne, I am a confirmed musician, holder of the Intervening Musician diploma and the violin-viola medal from the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Lille. Passionate about alternative pedagogies, I consider the teaching of music from the angle "music = pleasure" and therefore use the tools that I have acquired during my various training courses: O Passo pedagogy and Dalcroze pedagogy , among others. Before the instrumental or vocal technique, the quality of listening, and the development of the relative ear are the keys to being able to play music. At the time I was a diligent student but rather mediocre in music theory. I simply did not understand the method that was dictated to us during Musical Training. This actually favors children with perfect pitch, and those who do not lag behind. What a pity ! But I was passionate about it and so I looked for other ways to develop my listening skills. I studied Indian music, I followed the teachings of American, German, Swiss pedagogues ... And finally by practicing ancient music, I discovered ancient music theory. The latter is the one who gives the real bases from which all Western music derives. Counterpoint and harmony, everything became clearer to me. Bonjour, Je m’appelle Paulina et je suis prof de flûte traversière. J’ai obtenu le DEM (diplôme d'études musicales) en 2013 BAC +5. Je suis passionné par la musique depuis mon enfance et je propose des cours de flûte traversière et solfège à des personnes de tous âges et tous niveaux. Je suis tres à l'écoute de mes élèves, je m’adapte à leurs demandes, que ce soit l'apprentissage ou le perfectionnement de morceaux, le déchiffrage et l'analyse d'une partition, ou encore le travail technique. Avec les plus petits, je me concentre sur le jeu, l'imitation, l'imagination. Avec les plus grands, je me concentre sur la technique,le son et la théorie afin demaîtriser au plus vite l'instrument et pour que les élèves puissent rapidement se faire plaisir avec des morceaux qui leur plaisent. Dear students: My name is Denise and I'm a professional singer with a singing master's degree from Catalonia's Music College (ESMUC) specialized in Historical Singing, Musicology and Music Education. My experience runs mostly in early and classical music with an active performing life, nevertheless I also have the experience and knowledge of popular musical styles such as Latin-American folk, jazz and musicals. As a docent or vocal coach I've collaborate with different academic institutions and private artistic projects, focusing mostly on international students or social integration programs. I have years of experience teaching children, teenagers and adults in both Latin-America and Europe, therefore understanding different appreciation levels and needs. My main goal is to help the student discover her or his voice while enjoying making music. **Class suggestions and indications** No experience is needed just bring your enthusiasm and favorite music. Classes can be given either in English, Spanish, French or Deutsch. Mia is a Montenegrin violinist. She has traveled the world, starting with studies at the University of Music in Montenegro, to China, at the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing. She was a member of the National Symphony Orchestra of Montenegro, but her desire for discovery took her to other spheres. In the meantime, during her studies in Montenegro, she was invited to participate several times in the Young Euro Classic Orchestra, playing at the Berlin Konzerthaus, with renowned musicians like: Liana Issakadze, Heinrich Schiff, Anreas Reiner. In 2014, she met her teacher Anton Martynov who gave her many opportunities to develop as a violinist, in Paris in France and recently in Belgium. In 2023 she obtained another Master Didactique in Royal Conservatory in Mons, Belgium.
