Fernando
Violin and viola teacher (Français - Español - English )
“Talent grows through exercise…” - Shinichi Suzuki I have been giving violin lessons for 10 years, my working method is based on the Suzuki method, the mother tongue method. A child first learns to speak before learning to read and write. Language learning is done mainly by listening and mimicry. For music, it's the same, you must first master the basics of the instrument before knowing how to read notes and scores. Whatever the age of the student, beginner level or confirmed, I offer private lessons of violin and viola. No knowledge or musical notion is necessary beforehand, the theoretical achievements are made as and when the discovery of the instrument.

Brice
Gives drum lessons (electronic and acoustic)
Hello, I like to transmit and exchange with my students. Seeing them understand and progressing is essential and very rewarding for me. My lessons are based on an academic method focused on learning music theory and instrumental practice. I bring a specific method adapted to the profiles of my students (age, availability, tastes, motivation, "anti-music theory"). I try to make my students independent, help them develop their listening skills, their sense of rhythm and transmit to them an efficient working method. All styles, all levels: rock, funk, jazz, blues, soul, reggae, latin

Luis
Composition and Mao lessons by a composer (CNSMDP and IRCAM graduate) and professor of international experience.
Hello! I offer composition lessons, Mao and other disciplines (harmony, orchestration, musical theory, etc.) for all levels, and according to a method similar to that of the conservatory. Always oriented towards musical practice, together we will refine the strategy that suits you best. What I like most about individual lessons is to adapt the course to the needs of the student, like the teachers who marked my training. I believe that a student's progress depends a lot on his teacher. For this reason, I always give them the best of myself. Punctual and patient I think I have the facilities to transmit my know-how and above all I have the desire, the motivation and the pleasure to teach my passion. For students who wish, preparation for an internationally renowned diploma (such as the ABRSM, or other) is offered, depending on the level.

Jules
Solfège and musical culture (History, analysis ...).
Student of the National Superior Conservatory of Music and Dance in Paris, contributor and critic for the Avant-Scène Opéra, editor for the Luxembourg Philharmonic, I offer the following lessons. Music theory and musical culture are essential tools for understanding and making music. Music theory, because it allows you to master the technical tools that allow you to make music, is fundamental for anyone who wants to progress in their instrument. Musical culture makes it possible to understand what goes on in music beyond the technique. From this knowledge (established over a lot of listening) we can develop an interpretation and go beyond technical issues. For music theory lessons only, I constantly articulate the different musical parameters (rhythm, intonation, ear, etc.) and draw my training from the repertoire, which has the advantage of making music from the start. Small technical exercises also allow you to focus on one or the other parameter, but the perspective remains mainly that of a global approach placing the music at the center. As far as musical culture is concerned, I use each of my professional experiences (Musicologist, playwright and music critic) to transmit my knowledge to you. Thus we will approach the history of music through works (history of forms and languages), interpretation and places of music. It is mainly through the study of documents (texts of musical criticism, iconography, scores, musical instruments…) that transmission takes place. Knowledge completes and informs this documentary study. Finally the study of document and the erudition have only one goal: to enlighten the listening of the works which I place at the heart of my teaching.

Nicola
Classical Piano / Jazz lessons, music theory and harmony.
We will study piano and music theory through the practice of technique with the training and relaxation of hands and arms. Then we will study a piece of music of your choice (depending on your level) and discover all the harmonic and interpretive aspects. This methodology is not fixed but adapts to your objectives and your wishes. During the class, I will let you play the piano most of the time to familiarize yourself with the instrument. Finally, I will help you train your musical ear.

Victoria
Professional PIANO and SOLFEGE lessons at home
Passionate teacher, graduate and pianist interpreter, I adapt my teaching every moment of your learning to better make you progress and love your instrument. You like Boogie, the French variety or you like the classic, we can love all the directories (I would be happy to listen to the music you like and you publish a score according to your level, and this from the first year Children (musical awakening from 3 years old), teenagers, adults: we can work pieces of classical music, variety, music of movies, or tell me the title of the music you like so much and that you listen to loop on YouTube, and after listening, I will edit a score according to your level. Do you want to play with your family or friends at 4 or 6 hands? You want to accompany you singing? Do you want to play with someone who plays another instrument, or accompany a singer? All this is possible. I teach all this successfully to the delight of my students. ☺ Having a teaching experience of more than 10 years, I teach in Conservatory (from the first cycle to the third cycle) to students who prepare exams, auditions and concerts. Likewise, I teach aspiring young pianists (ages 3 to 90) and confirmed amateurs in music schools, preparing them for end-of-school performances. Enjoy the comfort brought by piano lessons and music theory at home, because I travel all over Paris and the suburbs. I sprinkle my classes with notions of harmony, musical forms, for a better understanding of the piece or musical passage studied. You work during school holidays and you want to give a pleasant occupation to your beloved child? Intensive introductory courses in music, piano, solfeggio, harmony, or simply piano lessons and music theory for the most advanced (children or adults), can give a more musical sense to the holidays of everyone . ☺ CESU also accepted.

Laure
Private lessons of violin and solfege in Paris
Student in violin at CRR Rueil-Malmaison, where I am in a specialized cycle, I give violin lessons to young students in 1st, 2nd and 3rd cycles of conservatories. I can also take students from music schools. My goal is to give these students the taste of the violin and allow them to blossom with their instrument. I wish that the pleasure of the music trumps the possible blockings related to the difficulty of the instrument. I always systematically listen to an excerpt from a work, when possible, at the beginning of the class, to extend the student's musical culture and give him the desire to discover many different musics by himself. I propose a teaching of 30 minutes in the 1st cycle, and between 45 minutes and 1 hour according to the profiles from the 2nd cycle. I can also give reinforcement classes in music theory. I am at the CRR in Paris in orchestration, analysis and writing music, I finished the solfege two years ago and I conduct conducting, so I have a solid musical background, which allows me to help students.
