His seriousness and professionalism create an atmosphere of trust and well-being, making each session a true moment of balance and peace. Since I began practicing yoga with him, I have experienced profound changes in myself. Physically, my body has become more flexible, stronger, and more balanced. My tensions have eased, and I feel a new flow of energy in my daily life. On a deeper level, I have learned to breathe better, calm my mind, and discover a serenity I never knew before. His classes have helped me release stress, improve focus, and feel more in harmony with myself. Maryna is the best teacher I’ve had in Paris (I’ve had 3). The warmups are unique, and Maryna’s attention to detail helps me concentrate and develop efficiently :). My understanding and appreciation for singing grows each time I'm with Maryna- she is concentrated on me, my voice, how I can improve, and she explains the techniques so well. I feel cared for, like I'm really learning. She is very experienced and professional.

Rosy was an excellent teacher for my 15-year-old daughter. She is a most pleasant, kind, and generous person. Also, she was always well-prepared and on time. The private lessons with her drastically improved my daughter's knowledge of French and brought back the joy of speaking French that she had lost in school. Highly recommended teacher.
