Hi students, I am offering English classes for all ages - with the advantage of my partner speaking both Vietnamese and English fluently. Together we can cater for all levels. I am from the UK, England - and I am currently an English Teacher at the British University of Vietnam, in Hanoi, as well as teaching private classes. My wife is Vietnamese and speaks fluent English and has taught for many years. I studied at one of the best Universities in England, for a BA. In Philosophy, and Masters degree in English Literature. I have my teaching english as a foreign language (TEFL) qualification as well. I am very friendly and professional. I have been teaching for several years now: teaching English for 8years, and Classical Music for much longer. Out of those years I have spent several in Saigon, and now I am based in Hanoi. We offer all levels of English classes, for all ages of students. I specialise in teaching IELTS and academic English currently, and my partner teaches younger students predominantly. The benefit of my partner's teaching is that she speaks both Vietnamese and English - so we are very adaptable between us both, and can cater for all ages and needs. Amazing Tutor for Teens - So Glad We Found Younes! I was initially hesitant about online French tutoring for my 14-year-old daughter, especially since she wasn't thrilled about starting classes in the first place. However, from the very first session with Younes, all my worries disappeared. He has an incredible ability to connect with this age group. He immediately broke the ice, made the lessons engaging, and somehow managed to get my daughter genuinely interested and actually looking forward to her next class! We've now had around 8 classes with Younes, and the difference in my daughter's confidence in school is remarkable. She's participating more in her French class and seems much more comfortable speaking and understanding the language. Younes is patient, encouraging, and clearly knows how to make learning French fun and accessible for teenagers. He creates a positive and supportive learning environment, and his passion for the language is contagious.

It is always a pleasure to meet Phil for our weekly online French classes. He is a patient and kind teacher and always full of energy for our class. Phil is interested in a wide range of topics, so we always have something to talk about based on an article he selected as 'homework'. What I really appreciate about his way of teaching is that he corrects me during our conversation without breaking the flow of our talk, so I can really feel my confidence in speaking French increasing each class. I woulf highly recommend Phil if you are looking for a French tutor :)

I've been taking lessons with Jo for almost a year now and they are, honestly, the favorite part of my week. Jo is patient, knowledgeable and very kind. She takes a structured approach and is able to explain concepts clearly. Jo is also very flexible, so that even when I am traveling for work we are able to keep our classes going. Jo is the type of teacher that motivates her students, even when things are difficult, and makes you want to work hard and look forward to every lesson.
