Shalom. I provide private and group lessons to children and adults of all backgrounds. Whether you are looking to learn the Hebrew language for fun, want to travel to Israel or simply curious about the Hebrew language, I can help you reach your Hebrew language learning goals. I have well planned-out lessons that will help you learn well and fast. The first course plan is all about learning how to read and write and it includes about 180 words specially selected to learn to read and write with. I believe greatly in setting goals and working in steps to reach the goals you set. I think that every goal can only be reached if you work through your goals in increments and with a written plan. It's like building a house with one brick at a time. Every goal must have a plan of action and to accomplish your plan you must have a goal. Jump onto my Hebrew learning program. Please note, this is biblical Hebrew (the language of most of the books of the Old Testament), not modern Hebrew (the living language)! I hold a DEA (Master's degree) in "Languages, History and Civilizations of the Ancient Worlds" with a distinction of VERY GOOD, and I continued my training with the summer courses of the University of Aix-Marseille (Hebrew I, II and III). I propose an introduction using J. Weingreen's manual, revised by J. Margain (CNRS), which allows progress through a series of short lessons followed by translation and composition exercises. This is a scientific approach to learning biblical Hebrew, as taught at the university level, which provides access to the Masoretic text. => Entering Hebrew into a computer document using a Hebrew keyboard and handwriting => Someone who works at a good pace can hope to tackle the easier biblical books after about a year. 🔆 Summer courses available

I believe Hebrew is more than just a language. We start by building a solid foundation for the language, starting with the alphabet. My learning system, "Hebrew to Hebrew", familiarizes you with the basics of Hebrew. During each lesson, you will be seated comfortably and you will progress from home in the language. At the end of the course, you can write simple words and read short dialogues. Thus, you will have learned 400 new words, basic syntax as well as verbs. We work on listening through exercises and discussions in the form of short dialogues.
