Trusted teacher: I give violin lessons (also viola) for children and adults. During the first lesson we will first get acquainted and I will explain about the posture and we will first make sound. It is important to first learn the basics well (rhythm, reading notes, posture and more), I always give nice songs and if students prefer to learn to play something that is always allowed. If the student can already play then we look together for the repertoire. It is also important to practice regularly, you don't have to do much, 10 minutes a day works fine as long as it is regular. I play more classical music myself, but I can of course also play modern well-known songs.

I offer violin lessons to students of all ages. My approach is based off the Vivaldi Method combined with elements of the Suzuki. I have taught violin students for the past four years in the United States with the Vivaldi Method developed by violin pedagogue Ida Bieler. I have taught pre-school (age 4-5), middle and high school students (age 11-18), and also adults. I accept students of all ages and my approach is based off the Vivaldi Method combined with elements of the Suzuki. I work with students step-by-step on technique and music together in order to build a natural and aware way of playing that is suited to the individual’s anatomy and joy of playing the violin.

Estella is a very positive, always happy teacher. Even though my son has been having on-line lessons with her, we can always feel her positive attitude during the lessons. She is very patient, gives lots of important tips and feedback, which has been helping him to guide his learning, improving in every aspect of it. We can see how much she care about the whole learning experience. It’s been very useful to expend his time while at home doing the lessons. He has been practicing more and has been feeling more motivated since he started the lessons with her. We definitely recommend her as a Saxophone teacher!
