Certified in hatha yoga and relaxation techniques and meditation, I teach yoga for 15 years and practice it since 1997.
Following my initial training, I took part in many steps to reinforce the teaching of yoga and meditation.
With the participation of an osteopath, I developed yoga sessions focused on back and body health in general, to allow practitioners to perform their postures by protecting their backs to prevent back pain, or to mitigate pains when the practitioner has back problems.
