I offer in-person lessons at your home in Castellón and the surrounding area, regardless of your absolute skill level. You'll soon go from annoying your neighbors to having them leaning out the window to listen to you. I'm demanding but fair. I'm going to correct you directly and without being condescending. I respect your time, mine, and above all, your investment, because I'd rather you leave here playing than keep your money without you having learned anything. And let me be clear, if that happens, one of us will end up feeling like crap in a flip-flop, and spoiler alert: it won't be me. I offer individual violin lessons for beginners, advanced players and music students. My particular focus is on Baroque music and historically informed performance practice. For the past three years, I have been intensively studying the Baroque violin and the music of the 17th and 18th centuries. In my teaching, I convey not only technical fundamentals but also stylistic understanding, phrasing, articulation, and the characteristic sound of Baroque music. In addition, I naturally also teach the classical violin repertoire. Lessons cover playing technique, bowing, intonation, vibrato, scales, musical expression, and efficient practice. I'm happy to support you with entrance exams, competitions, orchestra auditions, or when learning new pieces. Each lesson is individually tailored to your goals and skill level. I am studying violin at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (mdw).
