The younger children (4 -14 y.o) I teach have shorter attention spans and find it more difficult to grasp new concepts and ideas, so I like to incorporate games,quizes and challenges in my lessons. Before each lesson I like to test my students on previous topics, the test will be 5-10 minutes long consisting of 5 questions differing in difficulty. This is for me to know what the student does/does not understand, and for the student to reinforce any information.
