I have 10 years of experience with Vinyasa style and 6 years of experience with Hatha yoga. I have been a teacher in several clubs, companies and private sessions.
Also retrit managing experiences in different countries, especially in Asia.
I help you to share the room, to listen to enjoy the silence and how to reach better vibration and friend with your body.
