I went to school in mumbai and got a bachelor's degree in psychology. I studied yoga to become a teacher after for two years. I am also educated in sports psychology, nutrition and sports management.
Experience / Qualifications
I have 8 years of teaching experience. I have taught at various schools and yogashalas and yoga studios in India. Currently I teach online and I give personal training classes in goa.
