Fascia-Aware Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation & Mindfulness | Somatic Meaning GuidanceTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Fascia-Aware Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation & Mindfulness | Somatic Meaning GuidanceTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Somatic Meaning Guidance is my interdisciplinary approach to embodied awareness, movement, breath, meaning, and reflective practice. Explore movement, breath, meditation, and body awareness through a fascia-aware and reflective approach to yoga. I am a yoga instructor, logotherapist, and existential analyst. My approach brings together fascia-sensitive movement, mindful attention, breathing practices, meditation, and an interest in how the body, nervous system, awareness, and experience interact. Rather than focusing on performance or forcing the body into fixed poses, these sessions invite you to explore movement through sensation, breath, rhythm, curiosity, and your own individual range. We can work with gentle yoga sequences, mobility, fascia-aware movement, grounding practices, meditation, breathing techniques, and periods of stillness. We can also explore topics such as nervous system regulation, stress responses, neuroplasticity, attention, repetition, and embodied learning from an educational and experiential perspective. My background in logotherapy and existential analysis also informs my interest in awareness, meaning, perception, and the way we relate to our own experience. Each session can be adapted to your experience, comfort, and personal goals. You do not need to be flexible or experienced in yoga. The practice can be gentle and exploratory or more movement-focused depending on what you need. My aim is to create a space where movement is not simply something to perform, but something to notice, experience, and understand more deeply — through the relationship between body, breath, attention, and awareness. These sessions are educational and wellness-oriented and are not a substitute for psychotherapy, physiotherapy, or medical treatment.

Meditation for Makers and Performers: Mental Clarity Techniques from Creative PracticeTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Meditation for Makers and Performers: Mental Clarity Techniques from Creative PracticeTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Most meditation classes teach you to sit still and empty your mind. That's not what this is. This class teaches meditation as a creative tool — specifically for people who make things, perform, build, and think for a living. The techniques here come from insight and manifestation practices, but I teach them through the lens of creative and technical work: how to enter a flow state deliberately, how to move through creative blocks, how to perform under pressure without freezing, and how to separate signal from noise when you're deep in a project. I've been practicing these techniques for years alongside live performance work — combining biofeedback, live electronic music, and real-time visual systems in front of audiences. The overlap between meditation and performance is not metaphorical. Attention control, state management, and intentional focus are literal performance skills. I teach them that way. What you'll learn: Insight meditation: how to observe your own thought patterns without getting caught in them — essential for debugging creative blocks Manifestation as a design tool: using structured visualisation to clarify what you're actually trying to build or create before you start Breath and body-state techniques for entering deep focus on demand How to use these practices before a performance, a difficult meeting, a creative session, or a period of intense output Building a personal practice that fits around an irregular, project-driven life — not a 6am routine designed for someone else Who this is for: Makers, developers, designers, musicians, performers, founders, and anyone whose work requires sustained creative attention. People who've tried meditation apps and found them too passive or too generic. People who want practical tools, not spirituality. Not for: People looking for traditional mindfulness or religious practice. This is applied technique. Taught in: English (Dutch available) Format: 1-on-1, we start from where you are and build a practice around your actual working life You'll need: Nothing. Just show up.
