Ye-Eun - Berlin Wilmersdorf103 SAR
Trusted teacher: Hi! My name is Ye-Eun. I'm from Korea, living in Berlin right now. To me, language is a way to connect with people in deeper and wider level. I have always enjoyed talking to people in different languages and introducing them to a different world through different languages. I have been teaching for the past 5+ years, and my Korean lessons are one of my favorites! They are structured, practical and dynamic, and I can tell you that you would almost naturally improve your Korean skills with me! I will introduce you to some rich and interesting culture of Korea, and we would talk, read and write about interesting topics in each lesson. Each lesson would have core expressions of the day, so that you can understand how the Korean language is structured, and practice using the expressions in authentic conversations. I know that language courses could be tough, but I'll make sure you have a lot of fun while learning Korean with me. In the first lesson, we would talk about what you're interested in, and I would prepare the materials around your own interests! And don't worry if you're a total beginner! I have beginner level courses ready for you. See you soon! Fun, Dynamic, Practical and Structured! Korean with Ye-Eun :-) 안녕하세요!

Trusted teacher: High quality Spanish classes. Experienced teacher. My name is Luciano and I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I have been teaching Spanish for more than 15 years and I have worked in several institutes and embassies as a teacher and cultural bridge. I am currently living in Berlin where I am developing a personal project and working as a teacher online and in face-to-face classes. Normally I am interested in generating a creative bond with my students and that is why I work with many of them for relatively long periods of time. In the classes I am interested in having a solid grammar structure but the emphasis is on conversation. In this way I feel that a rich and interesting interaction is generated where, honestly, I myself learn from my students‘ experiences and points of view. I am convinced, as a language learner myself, that learning a language is not simply a tool for communication. I feel that to learn another language is to open oneself to another code or way of thinking and perceiving the world. For example, Romance languages (Spanish, Italian, French, etc.) think and feel the world in a different way than Germanic languages (English, German, etc.) I am fascinated by these differences and similarities. Traveling in Japan, I could only admire the beauty of how we represent the world through our language. I feel that in a world that is becoming increasingly depersonalized and where artificial intelligence and algorithms seem to creep into every corner of our lives, maintaining human, imperfect and warm contacts is a form of resistance. In that sense, both in my project with sacred languages such as philosophy and astrology and in language classes, I try to maintain the human dimension and respect the beauty and multidimensionality of communication. Apart from my background in philosophy at university, I am interested in art, politics, culture as an expression of an epoch, psychoanalysis, comparative religions, etc. In this context, with many of my more advanced students we work with texts and films where our interests intersect. For the more beginning classes the emphasis is also on conversation, but with a grammatical framework and progression. That is why I am interested in understanding the students‘ objectives. Whether learning for pleasure or for a trip, to take an international exam or for cultural reasons, I believe that framing the classes in a structure allows the creative to emerge. If you are interested in the approach and are curious, feel free to contact me for a no charge introduction where we can discuss a lesson plan after assessing your level. Thank you for your attention. If you know anyone who might be interested in this approach please share it.

Trusted teacher: Hello, My name is Santiago and I am offering individual and personalized virtual Spanish classes to improve both your oral and written communication. The main focus of my classes is focused on developing fluent and structured communication of the Spanish language either to prepare international exams, to be able to communicate properly in the professional field or to reinforce and maintain prior knowledge of this language. I am a native Spanish speaker from Uruguay, graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in the USA, and studied communication arts for a year and a half in Thailand. While studying communication arts, I had several public speaking classes, learning techniques of how to speak better using not only our words but also our body to help us speak more naturally, calmly, and without getting nervous if we get stuck or forget what we wanted to say. During my career in the US, I was constantly writing essays for my classes, in addition to having to present projects in front of my teachers and classmates. At the same time, I was working at university and after graduation I worked for a year, mainly having long phone conversations with people from all over the country. These past years I gained invaluable experience in living abroad and communicating using my second language. Now, I help others who are looking to do the same. I help people of all around the world with their Spanish so they can meet their goals. It could be studying abroad, going to live in a Spanish-speaking country, improving your communication in the professional field, or keep practicing so as not to lose your previously acquired level. If what you are looking for is to improve your knowledge of the Spanish language, I will help you. My methodology is simple. Each person is different and I adapt the content of my classes to the needs and interests of my students. We all learn in different ways and at different times. That's why I design my classes individually, focusing more on conversation, speaking, listening, while also helping with reading and grammar. This way we can keep classes entertaining, covering all angles of Spanish learning, and learning this language as a whole.

Trusted teacher: If you are ready to achieve a top score on the GMAT Focus Exam, you deserve to work with an expert. I'll work with you to prepare a customized study plan based on your current strengths and weaknesses, as well as your timeline for submitting business school applications. Whether you need coaching in Quant, Verbal, Data Insights, or all three, I'll put my thousands of hours of GMAT coaching experience to work for you. If you are targeting a competitive score, you need to work with an experienced GMAT professional ... not an English or Math teacher who happens to help people with GMAT on the side. My expertise will save you time and frustration, and the resulting score can open the doors to your future. The GMAT's computer-adaptive format presents a particular challenge: the better you do, the harder it gets. These characteristics shake the confidence of many test-takers. Because of this, my method places special emphasis on Mindset from the very beginning. I will teach you to use each mistake as an opportunity to improve, and we will cover specific strategies for managing time and focus during the exam. About Me: I've been coaching GMAT candidates in Europe since 2013, and my students have gone on to attend the world's most prestigious business schools. My personal score of 770 on the GMAT Classic includes a perfect 51 on Verbal, which attracts students from around the world to work with me. With the change to the GMAT Focus Exam, I'm in constant contact with the testmakers and other prep experts about the new format and how to best prepare for it. Since 2019, I've also attended annual test-prep insider meetings with GMAC, the creators of the GMAT, and have had the chance to speak in-depth with the Chief Psychometrician about exactly how the computer-adaptive exam functions and how it calculates your score. Many of my students have said, "I only wish I had started working with her sooner!" Don't struggle on your own. Take ownership of your ambitions and let's get to work.

Justin is a true professional and is really gifted at helping job seekers in their career path. He assisted me a lot with career advice, job application adaptation and proofreading. He is really good at communication, reading between the lines, and highlighting the core idea. Our lessons or as I would rather call it a master class, were absolutely great and easy going. Thank you very much, Justin, for your amazing approach, custom-made professional and easy attitude, and a super international mindset. I would very much recommend it!
