Combination of Dance fitness & yoga
During the class we first warm up with simple dance movements that are easy to follow. Then we raise the heart rate a little more with more active dance moves. There is no need to follow everything seamlessly; it's about moving and loosening the body. As long as the blood can flow freely: it's all about the fun!
After the dance part of the class, we grab the yoga mat to start the yoga stretches and flow movements. Here too, it is not about what the postures look like, but rather about what you feel in your body! Every person is wired differently. In addition, one day we can easily get into a stretch and another day it feels less flexible. Breathing is central during this lesson, both in the dance moves and in the yoga part.
