I have a Bachelors of science in Nutrition and sport science, Masters of science in Strength and conditioning and my level 2 and 3 personal trainer certifications. On top of this the most important qualification is my passion in both nutrition and sport which is the ultimate asset to helping myself and others achieve their fitness goals. I would like to offer my services for online coaching and in person. I can travel to your home, local park or my home for personal training. I have all the equipment needed for strength training, weight loss and rehabilitation work. I am also open to group classes. The coaching is not exclusive to exercise I also have a strong knowledge and education in Nutrition. The coaching can be combined with nutrition advice and programs. I can also exclusively work with nutrition and diets only. I also offer English classes, I have taught in an international school in Malaysia (Fairview International school) teaching english. I enjoyed my first lessons. It was both very practical since I learned a lot about the technical aspect of playing an instrument (hand positioning, body posture, etc.) and about the history of harp. The teacher also gave me advice regarding buying my own harp. She was very attentive and paid attention to my every movement, to make sure that I played it all correctly. I am looking forward to having more lessons
