Program : - musical techniques: theory (examples: support, modes, colors, effects such as vibrato, etc.) automatically followed, for each of the exercises, by practice (examples: exercises focusing on accuracy, sound production, "mountains Russian ", time, note hold, diction, vowels etc.) - work on breathing and breathing management - body awareness - stability - resonance - improvisation / free expression - improved vocal comfort - varied repertoire (adapting to your preference) - well-being by the vibration of the voice - personal or artistic development - accuracy, note keeping and precision - vocal modes including timbre - volumes: softness and power - sound colors: from dark to light - vocal effects, range requirements - nuances: volumes, mimics, attitudes, sound quality - exploration of musical styles (folk, pop, classical, blues, rock, song, World music ...) - improvisation, effects and vocal games, harmonies -interpretation: work on emotions, body language, stage presence. Objective: acquire a solid vocal technique allowing you to sing with accuracy, ease and expressiveness. Musical learning meanwhile, will develop your ability to listen and reproduce music, your sense of rhythm, your expressiveness, your creativity and musicality as well as reading sheet music. The work is focused on multidisciplinarity: voice, vocal health, music and bodily expressiveness, with an emphasis on the acquisition of an optimal vocal placement, on stress management in public and on interpretation. This progressive and tailor-made method aims to develop your voice: -Breathing techniques -Vocalises and technical exercises adapted to needs; - Repertoire work - Accompaniment for studio recording and scenic performance -dynamic exploration, diversification and release of one's voice while having fun and going beyond one's limits. As other people do regularly, you can also please your loved ones by offering gift vouchers, available all year round. TEACHER / TRAINER Trained in Grandes Ecoles in France and the United States (Ivy League University), our teacher has specialized and has been working for more than 15 years, in North America and Europe, in the field, in international establishments renowned, and oriented on one axis: effective training with pedagogy and meticulous methodology as the watchwords. PLACES, FEES - Locations: Geneva-Lausanne-Friborg-Neuchâtel-Montreux-Bâle-Sion-Sierre-Morges-Bienne. But currently, only by videoconference in accordance with national recommendations on Covid. These sessions also seem to be perfectly unanimous since they have the advantages of direct (example: quality of the interaction), without its disadvantages (ex: loss of travel time), with additional advantages (ex: of notes on the chat, which can be reread afterwards). In this context, these videoconference sessions for which you have requested me, seem to arouse a certain enthusiasm (and a certain enthusiasm). At your request, I therefore continue to offer them.

Piano and vocals in Geneva — accompanying yourself or being accompaniedTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Piano and vocals in Geneva — accompanying yourself or being accompaniedTranslate this text using Google Translate.

I offer piano and singing lessons at home in Geneva and the surrounding area, for teenagers and adults who wish to sing while accompanying themselves on the piano or work on a personal repertoire. These lessons are suitable for both beginners and those with some prior experience in piano and singing. The goal is to create a clear, musical accompaniment tailored to your voice, your skill level, and the songs you enjoy. We can work together: the basics of piano to accompany yourself; simple chords and chord progressions; rhythm and voice/piano coordination; harmonic listening; accuracy, phrasing and interpretation; the construction of a simple and effective support system; reading sheet music or chord charts (American chords); adapting a piece to your key; the work of expression and emotion. You choose the repertoire: French songs, pop, variety, jazz, musical theatre, film scores, personal pieces or songs that you dream of being able to play and sing. I can also support singers who wish to prepare for an audition, a performance, a demo, or a show. The lessons can be focused on piano, singing, or a balance of both, depending on your needs. My background combines piano, singing, accompaniment, harmony, American composition, ear training, creating shows, and accompanying singers and dancers. I started playing piano at age 7 at the conservatory and studied there until the third cycle, before teaching in Paris and Brussels. I place great importance on listening, enjoyment, and personalization. Lessons are fully adapted to your level, tastes, and goals. We progress step by step, in a focused yet relaxed atmosphere, with practical tools so you can quickly practice on your own between sessions. I am currently putting together my schedule for the start of the new term on August 17th, with regular slots at home. I travel to Geneva and surrounding areas: Geneva centre, Eaux-Vives, Champel, Plainpalais, Carouge, Lancy, Onex, Cologny, Chêne-Bougeries, Chêne-Bourg, Thônex, Grand-Saconnex, Nations, Petit-Saconnex, Meyrin, Vernier, Versoix. Possible travel to Nyon, Coppet, Gland, Rolle and La Côte if several courses are grouped together on the same half-day.

Lyrical singing lessons with a real PROFESSIONAL SOLO TENOR and singing teacher in conservatories in ItalyTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Lyrical singing lessons with a real PROFESSIONAL SOLO TENOR and singing teacher in conservatories in ItalyTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Hello and welcome ! After many years of study and experience as a soloist on the world's greatest stages, alongside leading conductors and directors, I have chosen to combine teaching with my international career in order to share my expertise with anyone who wishes - by vocation or passion - to discover the fascinating world of opera singing. A solo career is a demanding one: you need solid technique, a high degree of self-confidence, and a thorough understanding of your vocal instrument to be able to manage and care for it. But good technique is just as essential for those who sing for pleasure or in a choir, whether professional or amateur. Each voice has its own particularities, and together we will seek to respect the nature of your instrument and lay the foundations for a healthy technique, based on correct diaphragmatic breathing. My lessons last one hour and are suitable for everyone: whether you are a beginner or an experienced singer. Do not hesitate to contact me for any questions or additional information, in order to design a program adapted to your needs, your pace and your ambitions. My mother tongue is Italian, but classes can naturally be held in French, English or Spanish.

English speaking singing lessons (on zoom) for all voice typesTranslate this text using Google Translate.

I hold a BMus in classical Music (voice and piano) from Goldsmiths University, London, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Vocal Studies from the Royal Welsh College of Music, for which I was awarded the Geraint Evans vocal scholarship to study with the world-renowned Opera singer Suzanne Murphy. I have been a professional opera singer for over 15 years, and have taught throughout London and the South East of England both privately and at specialist schools such as the Jasper Allen school for Performing Arts in London. I understand how daunting it can be to sing in front of someone - especially for the first time. Your voice is your own precious instrument. One that requires respect and care. My aim is to help you build self-confidence, find your voice, and express yourself through music. As your vocal teacher, I will help you to set goals that develop your unique instrument and bring out your own personality. We will work on building a solid technical foundation including breath control and voice placement (classical and pop)through all musical genres, from Madonna and Prince to Mozart and Sondheim. Everyone and anyone - all ages and ability are welcome! I'm based in Eaux-Vives. I also run a new non-audition adult choir on a Monday and Thursday evening.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Marie-Camille. She has been working with my 6-year-old daughter and has a lovely way of making each lesson both engaging and fun while keeping her focused throughout. I particularly appreciate her emphasis on teaching proper breathing techniques and building good foundations from an early age, while always keeping the lessons age-appropriate and enjoyable. She is patient, encouraging, and knows how to connect with young children. My daughter genuinely looks forward to her lessons, and we’ve been very happy with the experience. Highly recommended!

I had my first lesson with Sofia! She's an amazing teacher. She took time to investigate what my goals were and created a very relaxed and positive atmosphere for the class. The exercises and explanations she gave me were also challenging but perfect for my level. I can't wait for the next class to come! :)

Lisa has been a fantastic instructor for our two young children. Courteous, professional, always well prepared, she has been able to infuse them with an excitement for learning the piano. They looked forward to her lessons really made progress. Recommended without reservation for all ages.
