During the last ten years, her goal has been to solve an important issue: how to make students interested in piano playing. Most kids who learn the piano would give up before or during their teenage time. However, 99% of them regret it when they grow up. In Christina's lesson, she will acknowledge to the students and parents clearly what difficulties they will face during the process of music learning. It's more important that students learn to develop a good habit, a worthwhile hobby, and the perseverance that will benefit their whole life. About the class: This class aims to prepare for the ABRSM piano grade 1-8 test at a more intensified pace. The student is supposed to possess certain musical knowledge or required piano skills. The teacher will help the students develop their missing skills to pass the exam. Different students may require different class lengths. For a child under the age of six, the teacher recommends less time for each class but a higher frequency. Kids who took the piano class twice a week and half an hour each class usually progress faster than those who took it once a week. For kids who practice longer time, it is also advised to take the course longer time. A child who practices two hours a day could play Beethoven's Fur Elise within one year, but for a child who practices less than half an hour per day, this goal usually takes more than four years to achieve. For adults who have greater self-control, it is advised to take the class for a longer time per class but with less frequency. About the price: It’s not fixed, depending on the distance. If the travel time is less than half an hour to the students’ home, the price will be the same as at the teacher’s home.

I cannot find a word that can explain my appreciation for Christian. She is a patient , responsible, and good teacher. She really try very hard to help my son William to understand theory . William hate theory to now he understands very well. Christian knows that he got limited time to do his grade 5 exam which required by school . She only use 2 moths to help him to got distinction. ( which I only think he could just pass) I was so lucky to find her in this website which we had changed 2 teachers before in UK and HK who fail to make theory interesting for William. . I ll recommend Christian to anyone who I know and want to improve their music now she is teaching my daughter piano I am so looking forward to see her improvement and enjoyment for music.

In my head (only there just there) I already know a lot of Korean words. But when I try to talk I can't make 1 sentence out of it. That's why I wanted private lesson. What I really like about Severine is that she is very patient, she keeps up with my pace. Once I understand the material I'd like to move on, Palli Palli! She is a good explainer and because of that I'm feeling more and more confidence to talk (and write) in Korean. I already can Write my name in the sand, but soon I will be able to... Talk to myself for hours.. ..Say things that You WILL understand ;)
