Regular and mindful practice helps strengthen the body, improve mobility, relieve chronic tension (such as lower back or joint pain), and correct posture. Breathing and relaxation techniques are always integrated to regulate the nervous system and cultivate a sense of grounding and openness. I periodically assess your progress so that your practice evolves smoothly and effectively. After a few sessions, you will feel lighter, more centered, and more connected to your body. I have had the privilege of teaching in a variety of settings: • at home and online, • in companies, where I have delivered many weekly classes, • abroad (notably in Lisbon and on a Mediterranean cruise ship), • and at yoga festivals, where I have led classes with over 300 participants. In 2023–2024, I deepened my practice in Mysore, India, under the direct guidance of R. Sharath Jois, a leading figure in Ashtanga Yoga. Since 2023, I am also certified in Sports Massage Therapy (ITEC Level 3, London), which allows me to better understand body mechanics and offer complementary care off the mat. And in 2024, I completed a certified training as a fitness coach, which has profoundly enriched and structured my yoga teaching — with greater postural precision, a more nuanced understanding of the body in motion, and increased attention to each person’s physical progress. Teaching is a vocation for me — I would be delighted to support you on your yoga journey with a consistent, safe, and enriching practice.

Each class is tailored to the participants, their level, and their goals: it may focus on strengthening and posture (Pilates), mobility, breathing, and relaxation (Yoga), or exploring movement, coordination, and body expression (Dance). It is also possible to combine several disciplines within the same class for a more comprehensive and personalized approach. My teaching emphasizes: body awareness, the quality of the movement, breathing, listening to and respecting each person's body. The sessions can be gentle or dynamic, technical or creative, and are designed to suit both beginners and more experienced practitioners. The goal is to offer a safe and supportive space to move, strengthen, relax, and reconnect with your body. ENGLISH I offer Pilates, Yoga, and Dance classes, taught either occasionally or on a regular basis, depending on the needs and preferences of the participants. Excellent first course! After +4 years without any noteworthy sport activities, it was a bit of a challenge to book this first session, but Danny did a great job in fueling my motivation. He immediately found the right balance between keeping it doable yet challenging. Perfect build up and cool down, I feel the workout but no pain. I think I am hooked!

I did my first class of salsa. I am very satisfied and happy I chose him. Estefane is very professional, he has a structure and knows very well what he is teaching with a holistic approach from rhythm to body position movements etc. I m a beginner but I will for sure continue with him.
