Most people hate math because it's taught by memorization. "Remember this formula and then plug some numbers in". This not only makes the subjects annoying and boring, but it also removes a lot of the beauty and interesting reasoning behind why math is the way it is. Whether you're a highschool student struggling with trig functions and the quadratic equation, or you're a university student plagued with isomorphism theorems and epsilon-delta proofs, come with me and I'll help you not just answer homework questions, but really get an intuition for why things are the way they are, and hopefully you can see some of the beauty I see along the way. I loved math in highschool, have a 4-year bachelor's in pure math, and am currently doing a master's in bioinformatics. I'm happy to help you with just about any topic!

I hold a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and currently work as a post-doctoral researcher in the Aerospace Engineering Faculty at TU Delft (Delft University of Technology). Is your child in their final year of high school and understands the lessons, but struggles to solve the exercises on their own? He knows the formulas, but doesn't know how to use them in an exercise? Does he get stuck on problems or multi-step exercises? His grades remain low despite his efforts? Is he lacking in method, speed, or confidence? Or perhaps the Baccalaureate exam is approaching and he doesn't know how to organize his revision effectively? I can help him transform these difficulties into methods and skills. I am a mathematics teacher with 15 years of teaching experience and hold a Master's degree in mathematics. I primarily support high school students, especially in their penultimate and final years, following both the Moroccan and French curricula. 🎯 My goal: to understand why the student is stuck In mathematics, a bad grade does not always mean that the lesson is not understood. The student may have: • gaps stemming from previous years; • difficulties in understanding certain concepts; • methodological problems; • difficulties in analyzing a statement; • difficulty choosing the right problem-solving strategy; • errors in calculation or reasoning; • difficulties in writing a solution correctly; • a lack of training or confidence. My role is to identify these difficulties and to work progressively on the points that are really preventing the student from progressing. 📚 Preparation and support in the final year of high school Specifically, we can work on: • the functions; • limits and continuity; • Derivation and variations; • exponential and logarithmic functions; • the sequels; • antiderivatives and integrals; • probabilities and random variables; • geometry; • differential equations according to the program; • synthesis exercises and problems; • Methodology and writing. The content is of course adapted to the program followed by the student. 📝 Baccalaureate Preparation For a student preparing for the Baccalaureate, we can implement a structured approach based on: Understand → Practice → Correct mistakes → Try again → Gain independence We work with progressive exercises, exam topics and problems adapted to the student's actual level. The goal is not to mechanically memorize methods, but to be able to recognize a situation, choose a strategy and correctly construct a solution. For my final year students who were tutored in mathematics, I achieved a 100% success rate in the Baccalaureate, with 75% obtaining a distinction of "Bien" or "Très Bien". 💻 Interactive online courses The sessions take place remotely using Google Meet and an interactive whiteboard. The student actively participates during the session: he searches, reasons, writes and corrects his mistakes with my guidance. After the session, I can also provide screenshots of the work done so that the student can review the important points. 👨‍🎓 This support is particularly suited to students who: • want to improve their results; • have accumulated deficiencies; • understand the lesson but get stuck on the exercises; • need a more efficient working method; • are preparing for a test or exam; • wish to prepare seriously for the Baccalaureate; • want to gain autonomy and confidence. Math, calculus and physics can sometimes be overwhelming, especially when the theory or solving method is unclear. I am a cum laude Aerospace Engineering graduate from TU Delft and have helped other pupils with their problems since 2017. With my calm and stepwise explanation, a second alternative view of the solution procedure is given, which is often what is missing. I tutor a variety of math and physics courses on both secondary and high school levels, but also at a scientific bachelor level. These can either be theory/exercise-based, but also exam preparation.

As a highly qualified maths teacher, a graduate of the college of teachers and with 11 years of teaching experience in public high schools, I am happy to offer tutoring lessons in mathematics at home for students from level T and Common Core Sciences, TC Technological, 1st Baccalaureate Experimental Sciences and final of all the sectors (SVT-PC-SC.Math-L), as well as for the classes of 2nd and 1st general, Terminale specialty of the French system, as well than the 5th, 4th and 3rd levels of college.
