But, you just love a good melody ;-) I'm a British singer/song-writer/guitarist who has played concert halls to festivals in the UK and toured Europe with my own songs. I was raised on the classics. Beatles, Kinks, Ray Charles, Hendrix, Prince etc I've 'lived music' and 'lived from' music for many years. I performed thousands of intimate gigs and the vast majority of those have been solo performances. I've performed in-front of audiences of 50,000 and audiences of just 1. I won't get too technical and I won't start scoring music. In fact my music theory is basic, and I wouldn't claim to teach it. But what I'll show you is the soul of the song. Where the rhythm lives, how the groove feels and how to interpret that in terms of guitar. I'll listen to where you're at and be able to direct you better. Playing the guitar is closely linked to 'performance' and that's especially true if you want to entertain others. Thats my strength. To make the guitar shine, to become one with the instrument suits an extension of your body. To 'play' music and feel the joy in doing that, so that it makes you feel good and anybody listening too! Emiliano Della Giovanna: Professional drummer and specialized in Jazz. Born in Naples, Italy Living in Ghent, Belgium Emiliano Della Giovanna was born into music. Born into an artistic family in Naples, Emiliano practiced guitar and drums in his youth. His passion for drums drives him to enroll in private music schools, where he is taught by several renowned musicians, including names such as Billy Cobham, Peter Erskine, Dave Weckl and Gregg Bissonette. In 2006 Emiliano specializes in Jazz and is accepted at the conservatory in Siena, called Seminario Senesi di Musica Jazz. His talent is appreciated. Great teacher! I started acoustic guitar lessons from zero and I have learned so much with Sergio, he is an excellent teacher, very knowledgeable and patient, he also encourage you to keep practicing to achieve your goals while providing you with very useful material to do it. I really recommend Sergio as a music teacher, he plays a lot of instruments.
