" - "I don't have the time and / or the skills to prepare for and carry out my workout." " - "I would like to play sports but I do not know how to go about it. " ▪️ If you find yourself in one of these sentences I can help you start 2021 in the best possible way. ▪️ Sport is beneficial and even more so nowadays. I suggest you follow you through a personalized program. ▪️ I will offer sessions on the theme: Mobility / Flexibility, Weight loss, Cardio / Endurance, Strength / Muscle building. ▪️ After an assessment and a first session intended to establish a diagnosis, I will set up a training plan that is as individual as possible in relation to the objectives defined at the time of the first session. ▪️ The result is an essential point and seeing its progress is very important. For this, I offer you intermediate objectives that will motivate you continuously.
