Hi! Welcome to my page. I am Daniëlle, a teacher and living in Sweden with my family. During my Psychology studies, I graduated in Burnout Prevention Behavior and taught relaxation techniques for 10 years. After a bicycle accident my nervous system became completely out of balance. My search for helping tools arose. I have filled my backpack with training, knowledge and experience. I would like to share my knowledge in the relax & restore lessons.
