I teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, greatly focusing on the body-mind connection, using the breath as a guide throughout any movement or sequence. My classes are invigorating while inclusive and adapted to any level of practice.

Before your first class, we will chat about what you are looking for in yoga, and I will adapt to your needs accordingly. With sustained and conscious practice, you will be able to reconnect to your body, build strength and stamina, improve your posture, flexibility, concentration and breath capacity, but also relieve or prevent chronic pain such as back problems or joint issues.

My aim is also for you to have a glimpse about what yoga is off the mat, if you are interested in knowing more about yogic philosophy.

I am available for private but also group lessons, also for your company/organisation. Get in touch to know more about group pricing.

For a private lesson, I can bring a yoga mat and some props.
I am biking in and around Brussels. If you are located elsewhere, we can do classes via Jitsi Meet.

Shortly after graduating from a Master’s degree in Journalism, I felt the need to explore the body in various ways. Movement has always been part of my life, and like many Western people, I discovered yoga through asanas in 2019. I first practiced Hatha and Vinyasa, although I have also fallen in love with the discipline of Ashtanga and Hot Yoga. I began deepening my Hatha practice in the middle of the pandemic, and then completed my first Yoga Teacher Training at the Brussels Yoga Loft in June 2023. Deeply interested by pranayama, I strive to build inclusive sequences adapted to beginners as well as seasoned practitioners. I have also learned from a teacher inspired by the Iyengar method and thus greatly focuse on functional alignments. I would like everyone to be able to (re)explore their inner sensations through Yoga.

My classes will introduce you to the beauty of flowing sequences and how to connect you breath with your movements. I will focus on energizing your body through core strenghth and dynamic flows or more grounding standing series. Explore your body through movement in a light and playful way and improve your flexibility while learning how to use your breath in a healing way.

I'm offering private yoga sessions suitable for one person or small groups.

Prices for small groups can be discussed.

What I like about teaching:
I'm interested in encouraging people to use their breath in an empowering and healing way. Further to that I like the combination of flowing movements and the cultivation of groundedness both with deep Ujjayi Breath. Through hands-on assists I like to support my
students to get a deeper sensation of the pose and experience the borders of their bodies. In my classes I like to hold space for my students to experiment, discover their strength and to overcome fears.
