Actuellement étudiante en Master in Management (Grande École) à l'ESCP Europe sur le campus de Londres, je propose des cours particuliers pour accompagner vos enfants en les aidant à faire leurs devoirs (primaire, collège, lycée; toutes matières confondues). L’année prochaine, j’étudierai à l’École Polytechnique: Master in economics, Data Analytics and Corporate Finance.

Après avoir obtenu mon bac scientifique avec mention Très Bien (17.2/20) en 2015, j’ai fait des études d'Économie et de Finance à la Bocconi, à Milan (cursus international enseigné en anglais).

Mon parcours académique m'a permis de développer exigence, rigueur et organisation. Ayant également participé à des colonies de vacances en tant qu'encadrante (diplômée du BAFA), je suis très pédagogue, patiente, et soucieuse de faire progresser mes élèves.

J’ai plusieurs expériences dans l’enseignement: j'ai donné plusieurs cours particuliers à des collégiens et des étudiants en licence. Par ailleurs, j'ai aidé plusieurs élèves à préparer les admissions à la Bocconi et aux les Grandes Écoles parisiennes. Je partage avec mes élèves mes méthodes de travail et d'apprentissage qui se sont avérées payantes pour moi.

Je suis disponible la semaine mais aussi les weekends.

Currently studying at ESCP Europe for my master program on the London campus, I am looking for students to tutor (middle school and high school; all subjects). Next year, I will be studying Economics, Data Analytics, and Corporate Finance at Ecole Polytechnique.

After being awarded my baccalauréat with the highest honors (Mention Très Bien) in 2015, I moved to Milan to study International Economics and Finance at Bocconi University.

My academic background has further developed my rigor, self-discipline, and organization skills.
I have some experience in tutoring: I gave lessons to middle school students and 1st-year undergraduates. Furthermore, I helped students prepare their applications for Bocconi University and the French "Grande Ecole". I look forward to sharing with my students my studying methods which proved to be successful for me.

I am available during the week as well as the weekends.

This class is designed for anyone who would like to improve their English skills, from beginner to advanced levels. I speak German and Romanian fluently in addition to English, as well as conversational Chinese and Spanish, which may make it easier for some. I tailor the class to suit the individual; after a first session I can assess the student's goal (ie. conversational, business, written, etc. level of English) and create a program to suit this.

Can learning English be fun, insightful, productive and effective at the same time? I believe so!

Whatever your background or profession, deciding to learn a foreign language is a great way to add another dimension to your life and make your mind work in a new way. You become a (slightly) different person, since along with a new language, one learns to look at the world in a slightly different way. This is why my approach to teaching English is not only aimed at laying or strengthening the foundational knowledge - grammar, speaking, writing and listening skills, but also at introducing students to the culture of the English-speaking population. We will find out what English speakers find funny, what drives them to tears, what makes them feel proud and what they get embarrassed about.

Open to students of all levels, my course usually is taught online, using a variety of visual aids and a wide range of material, from textbooks to YouTube videos. In teaching advanced learners, I often refer to pieces of literature such as novels and poems, since they easily spark discussions, which in turn improves the students' grasp and feel of the language. In doing so, I take students beyond ordinary textbooks and grammar books, since they are no more than guides to learning, not absolute authorities, and because to me language is a living, constantly evolving matter, which you must submerge yourself into in order to understand.

In addition to my unorthodox approach, what sets me apart is a collection of unique, language-related experiences, which translate into a good ability to understand nuances of the English language. A native Russian speaker, I have lived in the UK for over 5 years, went to a Scottish boarding school and have even completed a university degree in English.
