Utilizo recursos audiovisuales y teóricos de manera que se complementen entre si y fortalezcan la experiencia de aprendizaje del alumno. Incluyo como metodología la constante participación del estudiante, de manera que la clase se convierta en una conversación en la que el alumno pueda expresar sus opiniones y dudas respecto al tema a tratar.

Hola, me llamo Manuela. Soy estudiante de Historia de cuarto semestre. A lo largo de la carrera he podido enriquecerme con conocimientos sobre la Edad antigua, la Edad Media, Literatura Grecolatina, Filosofía, Historia Moderna, Historia Prehispánica, Sociología e Historia de Colombia. Ademas de tener conocimientos básicos en gramática, redacción y geografía.

Mi primera experiencia como maestra ha sido de 5 meses, lo que me permite crecer profesionalmente a la par de los pequeños que inician su camino en el aprendizaje. Para mi es importante que los niños desde una edad temprana tenga conocimiento de la Historia del mundo y la de su país, para que formen un pensamiento critico en un futuro próximo como entes activos de la sociedad colombiana.

Como metodología utilizare medios como las plataformas virtuales para enseñar mapas geográficos, mapas mentales y gráficos que permitan que la enseñanza sea dinámica, como también apoyarme de medios audiovisuales. Sin embargo, me gustaría conocer primero a mi futuro alumno para así determinar sus necesidades y poder establecer algún tipo de método pedagógico, que incluya la activa participación del alumno como centro del aprendizaje, de esta forma la clase es algo cooperativo y no técnico. Ademas de apoyarme en medios que hagan divertidas las clases como los juegos y la tecnología.

History and politics have always been a passion of mine and I am very much willing to teach anyone who desires any tutoring. At times it can be very difficult and overwhelming if you need to make an exam or write an essay - I can be there to help in case you need guidance! The goal here would be to make you understand history better, organize patterns in your head and possibly make you love the subject! This should definitely help in either expanding your worldview, or enhancing your history grades. I am willing to teach history (or politics/maatschappijleer) in Dutch or English.

I have little preference in regard to eras or themes in history, but if you must know I especially enjoy political and military macro-history. The grand patterns throughout history fascinate me, with of course, attention to large events. No era or area is particularly strange to me, again, being able to process history is the goal here!

The grand goal is to get a basic, intermediate or advanced understanding in one of the subjects. I could, possibly, rehearse with you and ask you how fluent you are in the topics at hand. I am fully willing to adapt to the student his or her academic needs. In case you wish me to help you in structuring or writing a history essay, then this, too is no problem!

Having studied History throughout my academic life, both at school and at university, I now specialise in providing support for students of all ages.

Whether you're preparing for an exam and need structured, results-based teaching, or prefer to have a more casual environment for discussion, I offer an engaging range of lessons focussing around a variety of historical periods.

The lessons will focus on the periods of history that the student is primarily interested in, whilst also developing a greater understanding of the various historical methodologies that can be used more broadly when examining the chosen periods and themes.

L'histoire est le vecteur qui permet de mieux comprendre notre société, le monde dans lequel on vit. C'est primordial pour la culture générale. Le niveau du cours s'adaptera au niveau de l'élève, du primaire à l'université. Il est aussi possible de l'adapter par rapport à un examen ou concours à passer, ou à une personne désireuse de compléter sa culture générale sur un sujet en particulier.

En troisième année de faculté d'histoire à l'université Jean Moulin Lyon III, je compte intégrer un master en histoire médiévale. J'ai la volonté de faire un mémoire de recherche concernant les Français et les Mongols au XIIIe siècle. Je souhaiterai partir, par la suite, en thèse sur le thème des incursions mongoles au Japon (1274 et 1281).
Les séances auront pour vocation, d'approfondir ou encore découvrir des notions sur une période. Je suis à l'aise concernant l'ère: médiévale (surtout à partir du XIIe-XIIIe), moderne (tout dépend la région et le siècle) ainsi qu'en préhistoire.
Je suis en mesure d'établir une courbe de progression, ainsi que d'adapter les cours en fonction du besoin ou simplement par rapport aux attentes de l'élève. Si nécessaire, les répétitions et les accentuations sur une connaissance peuvent s'opérer.
N'étant pas encore à l'apothéose de mes études, je ne proposerai ces services qu'aux débutants ou bien aux étudiants (jusqu'au lycée ou première année de faculté d'histoire au "maximum").
Je peux également proposer des aides pour les épreuves liées à la dissertation en histoire ou les commentaires de texte, des exercices très fameux et prépondérants dans les études en faculté d'histoire.

I completed the IB DP with a consistent 7/ high 6 in Higher Level History, and this has always been one of my favorite subjects. I am very good at this subject and have somewhat of a passion for it. I have a very good grasp of what is expected from the IB students as pertains to this subject, and I know the ins and outs of the criteria and the weird and wonderful little ways in which the IB expects the students to perform. I am able to help with any course work, homework, assignments, or assessments. As pertains to the DP students, I also did my EE on a History topic so I can assist there if need be. I am also a tutor in English and as comprehensive writing and legibility is a large part of what is expected from IB History students, I can offer particular insight into how to best write and get arguments across.

History is the analysis and reflections of events of the past, namely conflicts, development and advancement. All aspects of history can be understood in terms of timeline, perspective, and role.

L'histoire est une matière souvent jugée inintéressante. Mais je cherche à concevoir mon cours en fonction de vos besoins, de vos difficultés et même facilités afin de créer un cours dans lequel vous épanouirez.
Également, je suis étudiante en Histoire et donc je peux vous aider avec la méthodologie et vous conseiller plusieurs livres afin d'approfondir vos sujets.

Le cours sera divisé selon les périodes :

En premier, la Rome Antique, de Romulus à la mort de Neron ou nous étudierons les différents aspects de la vie romaine et sa politique. Nous étudierons également la Grèce Antique, considérée aussi comme le berceau de l'histoire avec sa mythologie, la vie quotidienne et les guerres qui l'ont marquée.
Le moyen âge sera étudié dès la chute de l'empire romain d'Occident en 476. Nous passerons par Clovis, la religion mais également la royauté.
Ensuite, nous étudierons l'époque moderne avec les épidémies de peste, la vie sous l'ancien Régime et les différents rois ainsi que leur vie à la cour sans oublier les guerres de religion et les règnes absolutistes ainsi que l'Histoire des Révolutions anglaises.
Enfin, l'époque contemporaine ( ou je suis la plus à l'aise ), ou nous étudierons l'église catholique, le monde ouvrier mais également les aspects globaux de cette période. Nous nous concentrerons également sur les deux guerres mondiales avec les impacts civils qu'elles ont eu.

Si vous souhaitez un cours portant sur l'HGGSP, nous suivrons le programme selon le rythme que vous étudiez en classe.
J'aimerais également vous entraîner à l'oral, en faisant quelques cours, en vous apprenant à maîtriser un PowerPoint et enfin en vous apprenant la méthodologie de la dissertation, de l'exposé, du commentaire de texte et enfin de la bibliographie.

This class will support students studying history up to GCSE level by understanding exam structure and learning revision techniques to remember important dates. It will include engaging content to provoke interest in students and encourage them to ask questions to improve their knowledge of the subject.

I studied History at GCSE and A level, obtaining a Grade 7 and an A respectively. I also wrote an extended essay on Victorian History at A level, in which I obtained an A also. I have relevant experience working with children; I volunteered at a local youth club for two years and I have extensive experience with childminding. I worked as a Teaching Assistant during Sixth form in history classes so I have knowledge of teaching and student support. I also have a certified Level 3 safeguarding qualification.

The teacher is a Ugandan PhD student in International History at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He won a Government of Uganda Scholarship to pursue his undergraduate studies at Gulu University, gaining a first-class degree in Bachelor of Arts Education (History and Economics). Isa is also a graduate of the University of Cambridge, where he studied for an MPhil in African Studies as a Commonwealth Scholar. He has more than eight years of teaching experience, both at the secondary school and university level. In the past, he has taught classes on European, British, African, US, Asian, and Middle East histories.

My history classes are suitable for the 10, 11, 12, and 13-year-old UK and IGCSE students (Cambridge International Curriculum) and AS and A-Level students (UK and Cambridge International).
