Adapted to the skills, experiences and needs of the participants, we dedicate our teaching time to topics such as: Body awareness, freedom of movement, adaptability in the context of movement, balance, fitness, strength, mobility, dealing with change, injury and health. My approach is characterized by: Years as a professional stage dancer (contemporary dance), Fighting Monkey Practice (Jozef Frucek & Linda Kapetanea), Evolve, Move, Play (Rafe Kelley), parkour, contact improvisation, strength and flexibility training, climbing, martial arts and Qi Gong. In groups we work a lot with playful movement scenarios, partners and tasks in which we challenge our bodies to learn and grow through other people and their input. Depending on the setting, we also work on different physical/mental skills and qualities, using approaches from dance, Qi Gong, natural movement and strength training. The framework and form of teaching can always be adapted to the individual or group and specialized to meet their needs. There are no restrictions in terms of age or level. Having experienced first-hand the power of dance to shape people’s perspectives, I am enthusiastic about using my professional experiences, skills, and beliefs to educate new young dancers in the techniques, movements, and experiences of dance. I am also just as enthusiastic to share that beauty and power with the community, with recreational adult classes as well. About how I teach, and why I started; I was looking for dance that was fun, liberating, and yet artistically challenging, all at the same time; I craved something that brought and demanded a more humane experience inside of the studio. My interest at the moment is to use our human experiences and bodies as they are. I’m not so interested in trying to force them into something else, but to allow that freedom to take us to whatever imaginary or fantastical place where dance should be able to take us. I believe my obligation as a dance teacher is to encourage students to have fun when dancing. It’s something that’s forgotten a lot as a budding artist, but one of the most important things for perseverance in this field. I believe that if the curiosity, imagination, and enjoyment is there, the technique will come as well because there’s a mutual belief, from both the teacher and student, in oneself. Of course to learn a variety of dance styles, be technically proficient, and pursue a personal creative expression is important, but having an experience with a group of people and letting go into imagination while allowing yourself to have fun will push a dancer even further in their artistry, I believe. To be able to be given images, sensations, feelings, etc. and have the awareness to translate them into some form of movement is an important skill as an artist and human being

Breakdance or breaking consists of 4 elements: Toprocks, Freezes, Footwork and Power Moves. Each of these elements contains a multitude of moves from which an infinite number of new moves can be created. In my course you will first learn the basics and then how to build on them, create your own moves and develop your own individual style. To me: my name is Konsti, I am 22 years old and have been dancing breakdance since 2008. As a member of the Sankofa Crew, over the years I have had a lot of experience at battles and performances on a European and international level. Since 2015 I have been teaching in dance schools and youth centers in and around Munich.

I offer professional ballet lessons of the Waganova technique for children to adults in an online class (individually or in a group) or at home on request. My name is Laura and I have completed a 9 year ballet training and a bachelor's degree in stage dance. I'm currently doing my master's degree in dance pedagogy in Dresden. I have been teaching ballet for children from 3 years old to adults for 6 years. I make the children's dance very playful, but also with a certain technique. I also start dance choreographies at an early age so that the children learn a sense of coordination right away. Upon request, I also prepare children for exams at elite ballet schools so that they can realize their dream of being a dancer. For teenagers and adults, I arrange the classes with a preparation on the floor, which consists of a stretching and workout for a better and easier training on the barre and in the middle. The main focus for me is on the correct execution of the exercises, as doing them incorrectly can affect your health. Having practiced at the top for years, I also offer professional top dance. Yoga appeared in my life 6 years ago and from that time my life is constantly changing for better and better. 2 years ago I went to India to study Traditional Hatha Yoga Pradipika with a Yoga World Champion Kadambari and dr. K. Ashutosh in Swami Krishnananda Vidyapeeth Ashram in Mysore. I can easily say it was not only a simple yoga TTC it was a personal transformation program. After all, I also did Hatha Flow, Artistic Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, and Menstrual Yoga courses with the same teacher - Kadambari. From that time I started to share my knowledge as a Yoga instructor. Yoga is not only a physical practice but it is a whole beautiful philosophy that should be widespread - that's why I'm here - to give you a tool - Asanas and Pranayamas to start or continue your yoga journey.
