Learn Kathak, one of the eight classical dance forms of India. Experience traditional, regular training in Kathak: from foundation to advanced levels, the way it has been taught for generations, whether you're completely new to dance or already have some training. I trained for over 10 years in India under several gurus, and I currently continue my training under Srimati Swati Sinhaji, a senior disciple of the renowned Pandit Rajendra GanganiJi. I hold the Alankar Purna qualification from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, one of India's oldest and most respected institutions for classical music and dance. Classes cover: Foundational postures, footwork (tatkar), and rhythm patterns (taal) Spins, expressions, and storytelling through gesture Traditional compositions, with structured progression as you advance An introduction to the history and culture behind the art form Lessons are available one-on-one or in small groups, for both adults and children, in Tallinn. No prior dance experience is needed to begin - just curiosity and a willingness to move. Come experience traditional Kathak training from the foundation level all the way to advanced technique.

My goal is to offer technical resources through exercises and theory classes.
