As a performer I often freelance with major orchestras such as the BBC Symphony Orchestra in London and the Chamber Orchestra of the Triangle in the US. I play in a variety of ensembles, and collaborate often on performances with dancers. Recent prizes have included the Bruno Frey Prize of Southern Germany, and 1st prize at the MTNA competition in the US. It is a real passion of mine to watch and help students develop on their instrument and discover the joys of music. Alongside the musical side I am very confident in my ability to help with the setup and technical aspects of the instrument.
