    In this course we will go towards the practice of Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga is accessible to everyone, from the most beginner to the most advanced in its practice. The objective is to give a balance to your practice, between calm and strength. I will adapt our course according to your requests and your body (your injuries, your tensions, your painful areas etc.) to be able to nourish your being during this practice. Breathing exercises will be proposed, to call a state of consciousness and presence to yourself during the practice and well beyond this course.     Yin Yoga suggests holding the postures for 3 to 6 minutes to allow the body to work on deep tissues such as tendons, ligaments and muscle fascias. The poses are mostly seated or lying down. Yin Yoga invites a meditative state apart from breathing. Yin Yoga is based on the lines of the meridians described by Chinese medicine. It affects the physical as well as the emotional aspect, because each meridian is associated with physical and emotional states.
