Atanas is 26 years old born in Sofia-Bulgaria, he become from musicians family. His professional development started when he met his first clarinet teacher professor. Sava Dimitrov in Sofia. In 2002 Atanas entered in National Music School ‘’ Lubomir Pipkov’’ in Sava Dimitrov clarinet class. By that time he was already laureate of several competitions and festivals.In 2007 Atanas has been accepted in Conservatory of Music’’ Pantcho Vladigerov’’ were he graduated his Bachelor Degree in Dimitar Savov clarinet class. In 2013 Atanas has been accepted in Haute Ecole de Musique in Lausanne( Switzerland) for his first Master degree -Interpretation in orchestra In Frederic Rapin clarinet class. In that time he present himself an audition for the famous Bulgarian foundation ‘’Yordan Kamdzhalov’’ and he won with absolutely success.From 2013 until 2015 Atanas was chosen as a probationer in National Opera and Ballet in Sofia- Bulgaria. Since 2015 Atanas has been accepted in Züricher Hochschule der Künste were he made his second Master degree of Concert in Fabio Di Casola clarinet class and he present him self in a prestigious competition ''London Grande Prize Virtuoso were he won third prize and he was invited to participate in a concert in Albert Hall- London. On the side he plays also different music styles with groups, he plays in Parfume Bulgare(Bulgarian folk), Les nuits de Bessarabie(klezmer), and Gilgul (klezmer-balkan).

A former student of the Popular Conservatory of Music in Geneva, I am currently a master's student at the Geneva University of Music, Neuchâtel site.

I have 14 years of violin practice behind me and very much wish to transmit and share my passion for music.

In order to make you progress at best, I will rely on solid pedagogical and technical bases but will also be able to adapt to you and your desires / needs. We will be able to discuss the repertoire that you want to tackle: from baroque to contemporary music to film music - as long as it makes you vibrate ...! If you want to learn basic solfeggio, it is totally possible to integrate it in the course, to see with the schedules.

Graduated with highest marks cum laude for the Bachelor degree in flute at the Conservatory of Florence (Italy) and with the same points at the Conservatory of Milano for the piccolo Master, I am now attending a Master degree in flute performance at the Zurich University of the Arts. I can speak fluent English, Bulgarian and French. I can also understand German, but cannot fluently communicate.

Music theory lessons, for children (from 9 years old) and adults.

Passionate about music theory and music theory, I would be happy to share with you my enthusiasm for music theory, so unfairly devalued, due to the sometimes brutal methods with which it is taught.

In the program :
- reading notes (treble clefs, C clefs, F clefs)
- reading rhythms (quarter notes, eighth notes, double / triple / quadruple eighth notes, triplets and other dotted notes)
- dictation of notes (training your ear takes time, but when the exercises are "tailor-made" and progressive, you progress faster)
- dictation of rhythms

Do not hesitate to tell me the context of your request (competition preparation, repurposing of instruments, exams, etc.).

The course durations offered are deliberately short to encourage maximum concentration.

As well as instrumental teaching and ensemble coaching of at all levels over the last 12 years, I’ve led numerous professional workshops, including ‘Music First’ and ‘Music Masters’ workshops in London and was an assistant on the Primary Arpeggione viola course and at the Springgrove music competition. As a member of the European String Teachers’ Association, I participated in their conferences across Europe.

I have prepared students for music exams at all levels, working with them on music theory, aural and sight reading skills, and regularly accompany students on the piano.

As a performing musician, I perform internationally as a soloist and chamber musician, recently including at the Victoria Hall in Geneva, Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg and Philharmonie in Berlin. Toby is extremely talented, but beyond that, he engages my son deeply with the music itself, fundamental techniques, music theory, and even the interpretation of the music.
