Dominyka is a professional singer, singing and piano teacher that is currently based in The Hague. She plays piano, violin and writes her own music. Over the past decade she graduated from the Royal Conservatory in The Netherlands with Bachelor's and Master's degree in jazz singing and in pedagogical minor studies. She had a chance to participate in various music festivals as a singer, have concerts of her own, be behind the scenes in various TV shows, win several vocal competitions, and she truly developed her ears and her knowledge that she is now also able to help others to find their own unique singing voice. She has developed her knowledge about vocal technique, CVT method, stage presence, body language, story telling, composition, writing, improvisation, and so on. with various great teachers from all over the world. As well as, she had an honour to participate in workshops of Snarky Puppy, Dianne Reeves, Dena DeRose, Bob Stoloff, Norma Winstone, Fay Classon, etc. In addition, she took a course of Stevie Mackey, Cheryl Porter and had lessons with Natalie Weiss. We work on warm ups/warm downs, breath support and its control, sound projection, how the larynx, jaw and tongue work and can be functioned freely, vowel placement, vocal effects, vocal colour, dynamics, articulation, stage presence, high notes - power singing (belting), jazz improvisation, vocal improvisation, interpretations, rhythmic variations, and so much more. My goal for you is to have the best time and spend lesson's time wisely while we achieve the best results in singing. Welcome to my introduction site! My name is Marta and music has been a great love and passion for my entire life. Singing lessons are not only an opportunity to learn singing and something new about music but also an opportunity to express emotions, forget about everyday worries, and have fun! Through music theory lessons you can learn about the structure of music and also develop some very useful music skills such as reading music (sight-singing or sight-reading). All students who have a specific goal in mind, but also all who do not have any specific goal in mind and want to sing or learn theory just for fun, are very welcome! Different options for lessons which I am offering are described below and all of them can be modified and adjusted according to the wishes and needs of the student: SINGING LESSONS FOR CHILDREN (individual or group lessons - maximum 10 students*) Singing lessons for children is basically an integrated method that combines singing with solfeggio, developing basic music theory skills. It consists of playing musical games and singing children's songs and through those developing intonation, musical hearing, musical memory, sense for pulse and rhythm, all with the attention to healthy singing. SINGING LESSONS FOR TEENAGERS AND ADULTS (individual or group lessons - maximum 10 students*) During singing lessons we will be searching for a deeper meaning of the story and different ways of interpretation, with attention to healthy singing technique, pronunciation and style. The lessons consist of breathing exercises, vocal warm up exercises with a specific technical goal and work on the desired repertoire - meaning of the words and story, vocal technique, pronunciation, interpretation and style. My specialization is in classical singing but I don’t mind working on other genres in my classes. SIGHT SINGING LESSONS (individual or group lessons) Intense course where you will be learning how to read music at sight. The lessons consist of sight singing only, beginning from the easiest level and gradually learning how to read more and more difficult music. You will develop skills needed for sight singing as well as a certain way of thinking appropriate for sight singing. (There is no technique of singing or interpretation involved in these lessons.) SOLFEGGIO LESSONS (individual or group lessons, for children from 8 years old, teenagers and adults) In these lessons you will learn how to bring the written music to life (sight singing), how to discover and put on paper the music you hear (musical dictation) and how to build scales, intervals, and chords. This knowledge is needed and examined on every conservatoire and music academy. For some conservatoires and academies this is an obligatory pre-requirement and elimination factor on entrance exams. It is inevitable part of every professional music education. MUSIC THEORY LESSONS (individual lessons) Music theory lessons can include, if desired: solfeggio, harmony, counterpoint, music form, analysis, and/or other music theory related subjects. For each subject we can make a special program, depending on the wishes and needs of the student. COMBINED SOLFEGGIO AND SINGING LESSONS Combined solfeggio and singing lessons are also possible for adults, as separate subjects or integrated with singing lessons. In both cases the duration of each lesson is 90 minutes and the program is discussed and created based on the wishes and needs of the student. (A combination of individual singing lesson and a group solfeggio lesson is also possible.*) AUDITION TRAINING AND PREPARATION FOR EXAMS (individual lessons) Preparation for auditions concerning singing and/or music theory includes preparation for entrance exams, regular exams on conservatories or preparation for ABRSM exams. *Please, contact me for more information about group lessons. I'm offering singing lessons for all levels and ages. Together we will explore your voice and build a healthy vocal technique. Hi, my name is Eva. I'm classically trained singer with bachelor dagree in singing from Royal Conservatory of The Hague. I love to learn and research about voice. In my lessons I put attention on vocal technique (breath, phonation, resonance, articulation) and body movement. Our whole body is our instrument, so I like to incorporate exsercises from different sources like Tao Face Yoga, Yoga, Qigong etc. Structure and consistency are important, but on the other hand, singing is also all about playfulness and spontaneity. So I try to keep that balance in the lesson. But the most important to me is that I create warm and safe environment where students feel safe to open up and dare to express, feel and explore their voice. Our voice is not only tool to express, but have also positive effects on our hormone and nervous system. So singing is not only fun, but also good for you!

My aim is to share my knowledge on how to use your instrument, your voice. It's nice for people to be able to express their feelings through singing, not only using a good technique, but also developing a way to deliver their own ideas and characteristics.

Hi there! My name is Kristina and I come from a Czech/British background. I currently study vocals at The Royal Conservatory of The Hague in the Early Music department as well as Choral Conducting as a minor subject. In the class vocal lessons, I want to give you a basis of a classical vocal technique and explore the world of singing. We would be working on our body - how it works, breath, exercises, on our musicality (intonation, phrasing, expression), on the text, but also on a lot on repertoire, which suits your voice(: This class intended for any ages from about 8 to 70+ Pre-mutation children - we will work more on folk songs and developing your musicality 15 + we will focus more on the body, repertoire, and on all the musical aspects of singing See you soon !

The present course is tutored by a Classical Singer and a Classical Pianist, both study connected to the Royal Conservatory Den Haag. It is preferred to work weekly to optimize results. The singing, and main teacher, is always present to assure the vocal progression. The piano coach will be present as often as requested by the student/advised by the teacher. The pupils will then have the best piano accompaniment. The main objective of the course is to work accordingly with the student's goals to give a well-driven direction to our study. The course it's thought with classic technical basics (healthy vocal benefits) but other styles can be added like the musical, jazz, cabaret, etc... Each case will have a personalized answer. The teachers' connection to the Royal Conservatory also ensures that complex problems can be solved by asking the highest experts. > Lesson structure: ✓ The lessons start with body/posture awareness, movement and breathing exercises followed by an individual set of vocalizes that may incorporate some scales, cords and/or improvisation. ✓ After the warm-up, depending on the student's level and goals, some song methods may fallow and/or the repertoire on which we decided to work. ✓ While working on the pieces several kinds of information will be provided: • The Anatomy of the Voice (body, breathing, vocal cord, resonances, prevention and counseling about vocal disorders); • Language and Phonetic knowledge of Italian, French, German, English, Spanish and Portuguese (+ strategies to enable singing in other languages). • Vocal Interpretation, phrase, prosody, colors, coordination with the piano and tools how to personalize the 'message', among others based on appropriate bibliography; • Drama basics, stage preparation, and fright avoidance strategies. • Music Theory and History in order to understand the pieces more deeply through a quick analysis, period and style. ✓ At the end of each season (non-mandatory) public auditions can be arranged whenever an artistic space would be willing to receive great voices and repertoire. Hello singer! My name is Keith, a professional jazz vocalist and songwriter currently based in The Hague. I was born and raised in Hong Kong. I graduated from Royal Conservatoire The Hague in the Netherlands in 2022 with a degree in jazz vocals. In February 2021, I was invited by Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office to perform at their online new year receptions in Belgium and the Netherlands. My song “Who Sings With Water” has won Best Original Music of the Year at Beehive Music Award 2022 by A Cappella China. Prior to my study, I was the resident artist of Yat Po Singers, a multi-award winning a cappella theatre company in Hong Kong, from 2012 to 2018. I performed in many of our original productions, such as the CASH Golden Sail Music Award winner Rock Hard. I also arranged music for our productions of This Victoria Has No Secrets in 2019 and Pica Pica Choose in 2018. ​During my residency, I have toured Tokyo, Seoul, Penang, Taipei, Macau, Mainland China, Brussels and Luxembourg, and collaborated with various performing art groups such as Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra, Hong Kong Dance Company and Edward Lam Dance Theatre. I have given choir lessons at the primary school of European School The Hague since 2021. I was a coach for several amateur a cappella groups in Hong Kong and have given vocal lessons in many secondary schools there. With my wide range of performing experience and knowledge obtained over the years, you can surely improve your singing skills by taking lessons from me. Through my study and professional experience, this process consists of careful attention and detail to the breath and body in physical, mental, and kinesthetic sense; understanding of text and interpretation that comes from an authentic place to heighten the beauty of the voice and clear communication of artistry; tuning carefully my ear to not only what sounds good but also feels good; observing if the singing was done with enough poise, ease, and elegance; yield my students to release any unnecessary and extra efforts while inviting freedom that is calm, collected and dynamic; guide my students to learn how to become their own teacher. I am an experienced performer offering singing lessons for all abilities. I have a BHons from Royal Holloway and have recently graduated my Masters in Classical Singing at The Royal Conservatoire of the Hague. While I am predominantely trained in classical singing, I can also offer lessons in traditional singing, pop and musical theatre. I am available to help with learning scores and repertoire training and am also experienced with ABRSM preperations.
