Course on the global history of the Asian continent and/or specialization concerning one or more of the three countries indicated. The courses cover the entire period from the 19th century to the present day, all aspects are explored: culture, geopolitics, politics, society, economy etc... For courses on the pre-19th century, please let me know in advance so that I can prepare specific documents for you.

My name is Dominique, I am a qualified teacher in visual and plastic arts and a Doctor in Art History. Art in its many forms is a passion for me and I am delighted to share this passion online or in person with you. I have solid experience in the field of plastic and visual arts, having taught this subject for more than twenty years and having trained students in university artistic studies. I also have a Doctorate in Art History from the Montpellier Academy and I have a cutting, sewing and pattern making certificate and a French Foreign Language (FLE) diploma. I consider that theory and artistic practice nourish each other. Over the years, I have worked with students of different levels and witnessed their artistic progress which represents a constant source of inspiration. My main goal is to create a learning environment where you will feel encouraged to express your creativity, explore new techniques and develop your own style. My experience has shown that each student has a unique potential that deserves to be developed. I firmly believe that art is a form of personal communication and I am here to guide you on this journey. We will work with mediums such as painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, but also collage, monoprint and much more. You will also have the opportunity to study and appreciate the works of famous artists, while developing your own projects.

With a Ph. D in Cultural Interaction Studies and 6 years international teaching experiences in higher education, I have designed curriculum on art history and cultural history for students in Japan, US and China. This class invites people who are interested in Chinese culture to take a promenade with me in Chinese aesthetics. You will have a thorough understanding of the origin and development of the refined and elegant taste in Chinese art. After this class, you will be able to tell the authentic Chinese art from the counterfeit poorly produced by Hollywood and Disney, and master la langue chinoise soutenue.

Holder of a double degree in history and political science from Panthéon Sorbonne and currently in Master 1 of History I wish to best help students with difficulties in history. I always assume that the basis of pedagogy is repetition and therefore patience with students. The courses I teach aim to provide students with historical knowledge allowing them to progress to school by improving their grades on the one hand but also by acquiring some methods of work on the other hand: methods analysis, collection and sorting of information that can serve them in other subjects but also in their daily lives. I have completed GCSE classical civilization and achieved a grade 9. In this class I can help students excel and attain their ideal grade in classical civilization. I am am A level student with a predicted A* in classics. I can be flexible with timings. Modules I am best at are 'Myth and Religion' and 'Roman City Life', however do message me if you are looking for other modules as I do have extensive knowledge in other areas, such as a knowledge on Homer for the 'Homeric World' module.

I give private lessons in art history for three years, either for students who need an accompaniment, or for the curious who want to enrich their artistic culture. My teaching adapts precisely to the needs of each student and especially to their way of assimilating information. Former student in difficulty, I developed a method that allows to analyze any type of work, from classical to contemporary, without prior knowledge. I am specialized in the methodology of dissertation / dissertation according to the rules of the French University. (Construction of the plan, development of a common thread, layout etc.) Passionate, I also like to transmit the wonderful stories of the works during introductory courses in art history, artistic culture or guided tours of the museum. I supervised him in the writing of his new dissertation mixing literary analysis, artistic and scientific discoveries. She validated it brilliantly. -Tian: 30 years old, Chinese student, had no knowledge of the history of Western art. After one year of private lessons, she was admitted to the GRETA School of Guides Speakers. -Aude: I guide Aude and her two teenage children in the big museums to discover the little stories behind each painting. From the Palais de Tokyo to the Louvre Museum I invent for them playful ways to apprehend the works. - Jacqueline: 94, had lost her good humor and was bored. For two years now, we meet every week for a moment of sharing and exchange around artistic themes chosen especially for her. It's a joy for everyone.

My tutoring is dedicated to students who are already attending Art Schools or Universities. I am specialised in supervision of student current work and  projects in course, as well as revision of exams material. The goal is to boost students' capacities, teach them to optimise working time, coach them with methods of learning and to keep students constantly challenged. 

English is the world language and mastering it is extremely important not only for school but also for work. I ask for tutoring in English from the 3rd to the 10th grade. A particular focus is that learning should be fun and successful.
